This place was amazing! It was very clean and the hot-tub was an excellent addition. The host was extremely helpful with any questions and very responsive. I will definitely book this place the next time I am in the Cocoa Beach area!

The Oasis worked well for our mini vacation. Brian responds quickly to any questions and has fabulous beach toys, wagons and bikes to give you free options to enjoy the area with. Fabulous eateries within walking distance, as well as the beach.

Brian was super communicative and responsive. The furniture living room furniture and bed are actually very comfortable. The house is about two blocks to the beach and lots of great restaurants and a Publix nearby.

We loved the house! Was very clean and literally had anything you could need. Lots of games for the evening and if it rained you had something to do. The location was incredible. Our trip had my mom back on a bike we laughed so hard over her relearning to bike again. We were able to walk to everything in just minutes. The town was cute and very nice. We would definitely come back. Honestly was a home away from home. If we had any questions Brian responded right away.

We got there a little early and host was there and he was super nice and accommodating! There was everything u needed for the beach plus bikes were nice to have as well. We loved having fenced in area and it was super close to beach . It was super quiet too!!
