This is a fantastic place to stay in Sioux Falls! We were called suddenly for a matched adoption and James was understanding of us when we needed to extend / modify our stay. It’s a great deal, clean, cozy, and was a perfect home away from home for the past couple of weeks.

This house is super clean and has everything you need. We did not cook but the kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans etc. Quiet neighborhood and close to stores and restaurants. James checked in with us to see if we had any questions and was quick to respond when we did.We will stay again when we visit Family.THANK YOU SO MUCH for a relaxing place to stay!

What a lovely property. The inside has a welcoming industrial farmhouse vibe and the layout is super functional. We felt right at home. The location was superb, just a few minutes' drive from the highway and a 3-minute walk to the arena/baseball park complex that brought us to Sioux Falls. Quiet, safe neighborhood. You do need to drive to restaurants, shopping, downtown, but nothing in Sioux Falls is ever very far away so that didn't feel like a burden. Overall, highly recommended.
