Beautiful, family-sized condo in one of Park City's most sought after neighborhoods. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, this unit backs up into vast open space, with immediate access to the Rail Trail. Equipped with a full size, 2-car garage, you can keep your vehicles out of the weather. The unit also has a private Hot-tub and propane gas grill, just outside the back door. The washer and dryer are "newer", high capacity models with the capability to tackle all your needs. TV service and High Speed internet are from Xfinity, and will be supplied by the owner. Weekly Hot tub maintenance is included.

Very Hospitable Host

We arrived late in the evening in a snow storm and Bob kindly met us at his home with pizza for my family. Later in the trip, we asked for places to go sledding and not only did he tell us a great spot but also met us there with sleds for the kids to use. Great host! Additionally the home was great. Just as described and only 5 minutes from the slopes. We loved the hot tub!
