This beautifully updated 1,700 sq. ft. townhome comfortably sleeps 7 adults in three bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms, making it ideal for families, friends, or colleagues. With plenty of space to spread out and get ready, it sits just steps from the free bus route and minutes from everything Park City offers. ParkView is a sought-after community tucked into the heart of town, with direct views of Park City Mountain.

Enter through the private garage—perfect for storing gear—into a warm, tastefully decorated living space. Relax on the comfortable sofa and chairs around the cozy gas fireplace, or enjoy movies and sports on the large TV. The farmhouse-style dining table sits beside the well-equipped kitchen, creating a natural gathering place for meals and game nights. French doors open to a small, private yard with a hot tub for unwinding under the mountain sky. Central a/c is a blessing in the heat of the Park City summer!

Upstairs are three inviting bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master suite features a king bed, ensuite bathroom with separate jetted tub, walk-in shower, double vanity, and a private balcony with mountain views. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the spacious third bedroom has custom-built bunks—a queen below and twin XL above—sturdy and comfortable for adults. he second bathroom has a combo tub/shower.

Great spot in Park City for our family of five with three young kids. Easy access, clean, and everything worked! Less than five minutes to the base at Park City Mountain resort. Only knit pick issue was hot water ran out a bit quickly during showers after a day of skiing.

There's a 50 gallon tank, so yes, I guess if everyone takes long showers all at the same time it could get tricky. Great property and Susie is an amazing host who responded very quickly to any inquiry or issue we had. Nice common room and a great hot tub ! Our group utilized the free bus to ski hills, stop is across the street. Highly recommend a stay here !

This was a dream. What a cute little townhome.

I sat and drank my coffee on the balcony every day and enjoyed the mountains across the road. We ate in Park City Main Street several times and getting there was really easy. Inside, place was well decorated, brand new carpets which made it feel very luxurious, and comfy beds. I couldn't have enjoyed my trip better.

Amazing Stay!

Our stay really exceeded our groups expectations. First, before we arrived, Susie provided a ton of helpful information that made settling in and getting around town very easy. The location of the property is close to both Park City mountain village and Canyons village—everything a short bus ride or Uber away. The property itself was clean, spacious, and charming. We had an amazing stay and would certainly rent again on our next visit to Park City!

Great place for families

The condo was very clean and had extra supplies (coffee, shaving cream) just in case you may forget something. Our adult children really enjoyed the hot top. Top shelf tv in the living room also. No complaints

Great Place!

This place is great. Was very clean and had everything we needed. We cooked most our meals here because the kitchen was so well equipped. The private hot tub was the perfect place to end our days after skiing. With all the snow fall the garage was great to have so you vehicle is not covered with snow and ice. Only had one issue with one of the toilets but it was quickly fixed after we contacted Susie. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, beautiful home and a hot tub!

I would highly recommend this property. Susie was so helpful; she communicated all the key information we needed promptly and also provided great recommendations. The house is in a perfect location -- super close to the slopes and downtown. The decor is very nice; cozy but updated. Bathrooms and kitchen are very nice and the downstairs great room is a perfect place to gather as a group. And the hot tub! So nice after skiing. We will definitely stay here again when we come to Park City!

Wonderful place to stay

My husband, adult daughters, son-in-laws and I headed to Park City for a pre-Christmas vacation and we could’ve ask for a better time. The house fit our needs perfectly. Although most of the time in Utah was spend on the slopes and in town, we loved heading back to the house and hitting the hot tub. The house was clean, spacious for 6 adults and conveniently location. During our stay, we accidentally broke a light over the island and Susie was so understanding and helpful in finding a replacement. . We couldn’t ask for a nicer host.

Great Location

Great location in a very quiet, well kept community. We went early in December so very little snow but it was cold. Heater was a challenge to balance temperature for upstairs and downstairs but other than that it was perfect. Very clean, plenty of space for 3 adults and a teen. One room does not have a TV but we used our laptop. Overall it’s a great spot and we would come back!

Had a great stay at this property with our family ! Master was larger and allowed for a pack and play for our toddler. Room with bunk with fit or teenage boys perfect and third room with a queen was perfect for the in-laws who came along to help with the toddler. The full size kitchen was perfect for meal prep and storing groceries . The full size table seating up to 8 was great for mealtime and game time. My favorite part of this property is the privacy, garage parking and private hot tube are hard to come by so close to first class skiing ! Will stay again.

Girls weekend paradise

We stayed here with a group of 6 friends from college. We had such a gret time. The cond was exactly what we needed. Comfortable, spacious and private. We LOVED the hot tub and used it every night. We ate in a couple times, but walked to get food at nearby restaurants. One day we skied at Park City and it was super easy to get to, like 5 mins on the bus. The other day we went to Canyons base and it was hardly any longer. Susie was really helpful and gave us details on the busses and other things that made the trip really easy. I'd come again in a heartbeat.

Summertime stay in Park City

Our stay at 2226 Jupiter View in June/July 2022 was perfect. The unit was everything we needed and wanted for our family. We enjoyed the spacious 3 bedrooms, back patio and hot tub, proximity to the Creekside Trail & nearby parks, easy access to the rail trail etc. We did bring our own bikes, and we recommend other guests to bring their own or rent bikes for the stay. Being able to ride a bike rather than drive everywhere was definitely the highlight of our trip! Susie was extremely kind and attentive throughout our month long stay. She introduced herself early on, and responded to all of our needs/questions/requests while we were at her property. We highly recommend staying at this location, and/or choosing another property via Mountainside Treasures for your next Park City trip!

Location for the win!

Had a great stay at Jupiter View over the 2020 holiday week. The townhouse was the perfect size for our party of 8, 4 adults, 4 kids. In the morning it was a short drive to ski PCMR (5 min) and Canyons (8 min). The garage provided a safe/dry space place for our skis so we didn't have to bring our gear inside. Having indoor parking in the garage was also great for cold and snowy mornings. We were able to minimize our outings (due to Covid) and had enough space to prepare and eat meals together at the house. The kitchen was well equipped with essentials for cooking and some pantry staples. Upon arrival the house was very clean. The hot tub was conveniently located just out the back door and we enjoyed it most nights! Susie was very helpful before and during our trip answering questions and providing recommendations for nearby restaurants that provided family-style takeout. We hope to make a return trip to Jupiter View in 2021!

I am British born and bred and moved to the east coast US in 2005. I passionately skied for several years with my 4 children, in Jay Peak, Vermont, but after visiting Utah a couple of times, made the move to Park City in 2012. We adore the life here, summer and winter. Utah is a mecca for outdoor enthusiasts and I am delighted to be able to share some of my family's passion with our guests. We would love to give recommendations of favorite places to visit, places to ski, places to bike and hike. We'd love to hear your stories too. As relative newcomers to Park City we are always exploring and constantly enjoying the discovery of new places and things to see and do.

Park View is a wonderful, centrally located complex in the heart of Park City. Sitting almost half way between Park City's Mountain Village and Canyon's Village, it offers amazing access to both areas. The public bus runs close to the condo, so getting anywhere is a breeze. It is surrounded by great amenities for shopping, dining and sports, (golf, hiking, biking in summer, XC skiing and downhill skiing in winter) all within a short walk or bus ride. Need I say more?
