For a thrilling adventure, you can rent street-legal Razors from the resort and explore the town at your own pace. These Razors offer a fun way to discover the area and visit local restaurants while enjoying your stay to the fullest.

During the winter season, don't miss the opportunity to visit the ice castle and try out the tubing hills. With 11 ski resorts along the Wasatch Mountain Range, as well as options for snowmobiling, ATV riding, and golfing, there's no shortage of outdoor activities to enjoy.

Only a minute's walk away is The Homestead Crater, a hot spring known for its depth of 65 feet and a base that spans 400 feet in width. It's a scuba diver's paradise, attracting enthusiasts from all over the world. Even if scuba diving isn't your thing, you can swim, soak, snorkel, or take a guided tour of the hot spring. The Homestead Resort provides custom-built decks that allow you to relax and recharge in the magical volcanic waters. They also offer lifejackets and snorkels for the whole family to enjoy the warm mineral water.

Family holiday getaway

The property was as expected. We had plenty of room for everyone and the large table was perfect for games and meals all together. We also enjoyed the amenities at Zermatt.

Fun Staycation!

Loved this place

We loved our stay here! This resort is nestled in the dreamiest spot! There is so much to do there! We had a 3 year old, a few teenagers, and everyone had a great time! The beds were comfortable and the owner was very responsive and accommodating!

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful time. Jake was very easy to work with and prompt in answering questions. The upstairs beds were very comfortable, the bunkbeds were still good. It had nice room and comfy couches in the living room and plenty of room at the dining table as well. The bunkbed room on the main floor did get quite stuffy. There is a big air conditioning unit in there that should have been able to cool the room nicely, but either we didn't know how to work it properly, or it didn't work well enough. Other than that, it was wonderful. The location is perfect, the property is beautiful. We took multiple walks around. The pool was the perfect temperature.

Family trip

The VRBO ad showed 5 bedrooms, which was perfect because we had 5 couples. Turns out there were only 4 bedrooms. We made it work but I stayed the 2nd night somewhere else so everyone could have their own room.

Family weekend getaway

Another annual golf event.

Perfect location everything is either on property or within a 10 minute drive. Beds very comfortable able to handle 7 grown men comfortably.

Great Stay with Family

The property was a great place for our family and the planned activities we had. The bunk room for the kids was a great thought by the owner. The owner was very easy to communicate with and resolved our small issues very professionally.

Not long enough

The property was amazing and we didn’t realize how much there was to do there and wish our vacation would have been longer. Our place was bigger than expected and fit our family of 13 wonderfully.

Sweet Stay

This is a great place to stay. It is away from the hustle and bustle of Park City but still close. We loved the unit and the amenities. The place was clean and comfortable. We wish we would have booked for a longer time. We would rent again!

Great location, plenty to do

We enjoyed our stay here a lot. There was plenty of space for everyone in our group. It was super easy to check in and get settled. We love d going across the street to swim in the crater and had a lot of fun at the swimming pool on the property as well as the Putt-Putt course.

Great spot

Family snow trip was a hit! We were a little far from some mountains, but midway offers lots of fun options and restaurants. This is just across the road from the crater! The pool and hot tub was wonderful and the property gave us all tons of room and was super clean! Fully enjoyed our stay!

Jake's place is a gem

Jake's place is expansive and was perfect for our family ski trip. Each teen had their own bedroom which was nice. We took advantage of the pool and hot tub twice and really enjoyed the bakery for breakfast each morning. There were a few issues with the sidewalk not being shoveled; however, Jake quickly addressed the issue with the HOA. We would definitely consider returning.
