Customized Timber Wolf Lodge Condo! You will want to take advantage of this updated condo at Timber Wolf Lodge Condominiums located less than one mile from Canyons Resort, 4 miles from Old Town Park City and 2.5 miles from I-80/shopping areas. The condo is beautifully nestled in a quiet neighborhood with a mountain stream passing through the property. The complex boasts two separate outdoor hot tubs, which are just steps out our front door. Each building has underground parking for 1-2 vehicles depending on the size with additional outdoor parking for larger vehicles.

This is one of the larger 2 bedroom 2.5 bath condos in this complex with a mountain lodge exterior, lodge furnishings and a river rock gas fireplace in the living room.

The main floor has a full kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, dining room table for 6, additional seating for 4 at the bar, and a powder room. On the balcony overlooking the mountain stream you will find a full-sized gas grill, perfect for outdoor grilling/barbecuing.

The second level features these exclusive updates:

• To allow for greater privacy in sleeping arrangements, one upstairs bathroom is accessible from the upstairs hallway for guests using the queen sleeper sofa.

• Each bedroom has private, fully enclosed bathrooms separate from the bedrooms.

• Bedroom number 1 has a king sized bed and a loft with one single bed. The bath off this bedroom is newly remodeled with a walk in shower.

• Bedroom number 2 has a queen sized bed and a loft with two single beds. The bathroom off this bedroom is newly renovated with a standard sized tub and shower.

• Loft ladders are equipped with motion sensor nightlights top and bottom.

• The stacked washer and dryer are also conveniently located on this floor.

Our condo is in a small quiet complex with a hot tub right out the front door. What a great way to end a day of skiing, golfing, biking or hiking!!

: This location is close to the free Park City bus system (www.parkcity.org for schedules and routes). The Brown and Pink lines are located just 150 yards away on Hwy 224 and it offers easy access to downtown Park City, shopping and grocery stores in Kimball Junction, Park City Mountain Resort, Canyons Resort and Deer Valley Ski Resort. There is also a transit center at the Canyons Cabriolet (On Canyons Resort Drive). The Canyons Cabriolet, which will whisk you to the Canyons base area/Ski Beach, is within walking distance, if you prefer to leave your vehicle.

Our family includes four adult children, 3 son-in-laws and 6 grandchildren. All of the adults in our family enjoy skiing and a great variety of outdoor activities. The 2 oldest grandchildren were introduced to skiing right here in Park City and we can't wait till the other grandchildren are old enough!

My husband and I bought this condo after visiting our daughter in Park City for many years. We have come to love the quick access to the ski slopes from the airport in Salt Lake City, the local restaurants and the outdoor activities year round.

Amazing home for an even better vacation

I will start by saying we had such an incredible time at this house. Diane made everything easy from prior to check in to post checkout. She really took the burden off us and made it a very easy process. The house was extremley clean and very enjoyable to be in. The layout was great and very condussive to relaxing and spending time with family and friends. Between the fireplace and decor of the house it really gave off the vibe that you were in the mountains on a vacation. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful which only added to the experience. The hot tub was literally steps outside the front door and made for a quick easy walk to enjoy without walking far. Only 5 minutes away from all major attractions that park City has to offer it was extremely accessible and made for a nice commute no matter what the plans were. I would reccommend this property to anyone looking for a nice quiet getaway in the mountains with family and friends. It really worked out perfectly for us and we enjoyed it thoroughly. Thank you Diane for the amazing experience and for opening up your wonderful house to us.

Great place and perfect location

This property was perfect for what we were looking for! Everything was clean and even better than the pictures. We were a group of 7 friends and there was plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was very large and fully stocked so we were able to cook a big meal and seat all seven of us around the table. We were able to walk to and from the lift because it was so close - maybe about a 7 minute walk. The hot tub was right outside. Something was wrong with the hot tub where there was so much chlorine that it was unbearable and it bleached all our bathing suits white! This is probably not always the case, hopefully the company fixes this! Otherwise it was perfect and we will be back. Thanks for everything!

Great location and accomodations

Vacationed here with a group of friends from college for our annual ski trip. The location was perfect as you could walk to the Cabriolet lift at the Canyons base easily even when there was heavy snowfall the night before. The condo is also only a short walk away from the free bus stop that provided transportation to the grocery/liquor stores and Park City's main street. We used the grill and hot tub every night and they worked perfectly. Diane was very accommodating with any questions that we had. The bedroom and loft set up was perfect for a group of friends to all be able to sleep in beds. We will definitely consider this property again when returning to the Park City/Canyons area!

Perfect in every way!

We had a wonderful stay in your Park City home. The unit is very well equipped, clean, and had everything we needed.

The rustic mountain decor was cozy and inviting and perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. Beds were very comfortable with quality linens. Open layout of the unit allowed for lots of visiting and family time while preparing meals and cleaning up.

We skied hard for three days and it was great to be back home and into the hot tub or hot shower within minutes - location is perfect for Canyons, Park City and Deer Valley - along with tons of shopping nearby for non-skiers!

Diane was easy to work with, quick to respond, answered all questions, and provided all details needed for easy access.

We will definitely return sometime and highly recommend it to others.

Great place near Canyons Ski Resort

The condo is very nice. The kitchen has plenty of room and equipped with everything you need. We enjoy cooking and having the kitchen, gas grill, and all the amenities was very nice. The layout was great with the kitchen and family room next to each other. Since there was five of us having a big table that all of us could sit at and eat was perfect. We really enjoy Park City, specifically the Canyons, and loved the proximity of your condo to the slopes and nearby Kimball junction grocery stores, restaurants, etc...
