The house is fully equipped with everything and more you would need. Fully equipped kitchen, beach equipment, lots of bathroom towel etc. Our large group enjoyed the game room and theater room. TVs in every room. Pool was clean and perfect. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again!

The home was absolutely perfect! We were a total of five families (17 kids and 10 adults). We never we never felt crowded or like we were one on top of the other. The theater room and game room were a huge hit with the kids allowing the opportunity for the adults to have adult time in one of the living rooms. We have already talked about coming back next year. Highly recommend this to any big group looking for a place for kids and adults.

Beautiful Beachfront!

Our staff team enjoyed our stay during a local conference. Some of the rooms were a bit small, but it's a lovely house and we would stay again if we're ever back in the area.

Does not disappoint.

We stayed at this property last year and again this year. Your updates to some of the furnishings and bedding did not go unnoticed and were welcomed. This is a very nice property.

Great Beach House

Beautiful beach house, nice pool, could improve cleanliness, lots of remotes missing, upstairs air conditioning did not work for several days but did bring portable air conditioners that worked ok & gave partial refund, great location, lots of rooms but they’re small

Probably once a spring, at one of our 35 homes, we have a really terrible spring break group that despite screening (no college groups, etc) just leaves things in horrible condition. That was the guests before you, and unfortunately, despite our best efforts to have the house back in its best condition for your arrival, we clearly missed some things. No excuse, we thought we had gotten the house back into great shape, but it did not meet your expectations. And then the AC got tempermental. We appreciate your patience with the timing for the replacement part (luckily we had nice cool temps). We always want the opportunity to fix cleaning and maintenance issues for you. And the house now has extra remotes! We appreciate you staying with us and look forward to showing you a great experience for your next stay, at preferred repeat guest rates. Most of our larger homes do have bigger bedrooms spread over a larger area but are just a little further from the things easily walkable from Resting Beach Place.

WE HAD MAJOR ISSUES!!

Lol- This is not your average review! This is a great location but we had major issues during our stay. Due to how they handled our complaints, they will forever have our business because they went above and beyond to make it right. Even though those issues occurred, our family will continue to book with Gulf Shores Vacation Rentals!

A Fantastic Week With the Family!

Reviewer Comments: Our family of 14, including my elderly parents and our youngest 2 month old granddaughter, spent a wonderful week at this beautiful Gulf Shores home. Our youngest son proposed to his girlfriend on the beach right out front of the house. The house was clean and had beautiful furnishings, very comfortable and plenty of rooms! Our grandsons loved the video game tables and all of us adults played a very lively game we call “Jungle” on the pool table each night. The kitchen had everything we needed for making meals....plenty of dishes and two dishwashers. We loved everything about this house and would love to come back!

The only thing to beware of is some of the furniture may have some stains and/or broken parts due to use by many over time the rental property has been used. Overall, the bedrooms and bathrooms were very good and the kitchen was right sized for the number of people. The freezer drawers need some adjustment but were workable. The media room was the only are that could use an improvement by making sure floors under reclining chairs are cleaned and electric reclining chairs worked. The ice machine was a win-win! The beachfront view and access are amazing! I recommend this property and my family enjoyed our stay!

Everything about this place was fantastic!! The weather was chilly and extra windy but that didn't matter with the heated pool. We had such a great view of the beach and ocean. We were fortunate to have 4 generations under one roof and it really was a perfect trip.

Golf Shores Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really appreciated all of the free activities that this reservation came with! The home was clean and tidy when we arrived. We appreciated the ice machine and three refrigerators! We appreciated that maintenance came daily to check the pool and make minor repairs. The company handling our stay was very responsive and quick to replenish supplies that were near empty when we arrived; we have never rented from this service and had already bought more supplies by the time the new ones arrived. Understanding what comes with the reservation (restocked supplies or at least fully stocked supplies) may have been helpful, but we also may not have seen it in the description. A Rumba and/or properly functioning vacuum would be nice for main level up keep during the week; the vacuum that was there did not pick up dirt (there was no brook or mop), might have been accidentally left out because it didn't really work and did not have any hoses.We would have appreciated a large trash can by the pool area and 2 bath towels per guest, as only one washer and one dryer worked. I think the cleaning service should have checked all TV/remotes to make sure they were working and refilled hand soap, etc. prior to our arrival. We had a big day planned on Tuesday and woke up to no hot water and no gas to cook; this of course changed our day and added additional stress & expenses that were not expected (33 people out to eat instead of planned breakfast at the house, rescheduling plans, etc.). All in all it was a great stay and I highly recommend this company and place! Hopefully someone will reach out to discuss the propane issue and compensate us for the inconvenience!
