Worked out great for our family! Can't fault the place. The grounds were unfinished but we appreciated being made aware of that when we booked. Was well furnished and the only thing we lacked were extra pillowcases.
Property was fine, the management team was very helpful. Good location. Reasonable cost.

The good*2 pools and hot tubs available*Pickleball courts on site*basic splash pad*Beds comfortable*3 bathrooms with showers*Direct beach access (but no restrooms or rentals out there)The bad*Top bad- only has beds for 10 people (advertised as 15) - no pullout beds and the air mattress in the closet didn't hold air.*Small square feet - seemed like we were on top of each other in the kitchen/family room* On a very busy road - lots of traffic noise until about 10pm.*Kitchen utensils very basic - Only 6 silverware settings, but it's being rented for up to 15 people.* Couches/chairs very basic*carpet quite dirty - Its the wrong kind of carpet for a beach rental unit.
The layout of this townhome was perfect for our group. We each add our own space. Plus, it’s newer, which is always a bonus. The beds were comfortable, nice bedding. The bathrooms were spacious. I did not realize this was on the main road. So just know that when you book this place, the master bedroom is pretty noisy from traffic. The pool is across the busy road against the lake and was full of little kids and very dirty. But looks like a nice space if the pool was kept more clean. There’s also nice access to a small beach area near the pool. The kitchen was set up well with utensils, glasses, pots pans, etc. It would’ve been nice to have foil, plastic wrap, some baggies, etc. Also would’ve been nice to have tissues in bathrooms. Overall it’s a great unit and a mile-ish from the center of town.
