Welcome to Settler's Crossing 39, a charming 2-bedroom/2-bathroom corner unit that combines modern condo amenities with traditional ski cottage decor.
This inviting home features vaulted ceilings and tall windows, filling the space with natural sunlight and offering beautiful views. The living room boasts a tiled fireplace and plenty of seating, perfect for aprés-ski entertaining!
The dining table features seating for 6, with another 2 at the kitchen bar. With an autumnal colour scheme throughout the home, you can't help but feel cozy!
The closet at the front door has built-in ski storage showing the dedication to making your holiday nothing but convenient.
The master bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom, with a secondary bathroom for the second bathroom and guests.

This property has 1 parking stall in the underground parkade. The garage height is 2.29m (7'6").
Bedding, towels, basic kitchenware, soaps (dish, laundry, shampoo, etc), coffee filters and complimentary coffee pouches, and all paper products (toilet paper, paper towel, tissues) are included in rental.
Additional rules
* An online Damage Liability Agreement must be accepted before access to the property is permitted. This will be sent to your personal email 8 days prior to your arrival (personal email must be provided after your booking is accepted). This is required as our damage policy covers more things than a standard 3rd party site damage policy.
* Municipal Noise Bylaws dictate that quiet hours are between 11pm - 8am.
* Municipal Parking Bylaws dictate that no parking is allowed on the streets from October 15 - May 15. Parking is allowed on the "even" numbered side of the street during the remainder of the year.
* Guests are responsible for any fines received from the Municipality and our fees thereon for any bylaw infractions. Fines and fees are described in our online Damage Liability Agreement.
* Large adult group bookings may require additional damage deposits. A booking will only be accepted once you confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of the listed conditions provided to you.
* Property is strictly non-pet friendly and non-smoking (tobacco, nicotine, marijuana, vaping, etc.). Evidence of either will incur penalties.
