Outdoor Adventure at Sun Peaks 33 - True Ski In/Out Access

Wonderful one-level corner-unit condo at Settler's Crossing has super easy ski-in/ski-out access to both the Orient and Morrisey chairlifts. Primary bedroom features a king-size bed and secondary bedroom has a combination twin and full-size bunk bed. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans for night-time comfort and are separated by the open concept living space. Plus the kitchen (with all new appliances) and bathroom have heated tile floors. Cozy gas fireplace and brand new private hot tub are the perfect addition to a busy day. Bike rack storage in heated underground parking garage. Personal ski locker right outside your front door. Across the street from the nordic trails for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing or sledding and just a short stroll into the village.

Our stay was great with 2 kids and 1 dog. Condo was very clean and stocked very well. The kids loved the bunk beds. Perfect location for ski in/out to the Orient Chair. A little too far to walk to the village. Only complaint is that the hot tub water was definitely dirty/scummy. Other than that it our stay was perfect.

Quickly responded to a couple small questions. The condo is lovely. The hot tub faces the other condos, which was a little different than what the photos portrayed but it was still nice.

We booked a week of January skiing, staying at this unit. Could not have been better. The unit is extremely well appointed and equipped, very organized, and was spotless. Location for skiing is excellent - 45 second walk to the slopes and then a quick drop down to the Orient and Morrisey chairs. Equally easy for ski-out. Our host, Tina, could not have been more accommodating, and was blazingly fast in responding to our various inquiries both before and during our stay.

Amazing!

Tina had gone out of her way to make her Sunpeaks rental feel just like home. Everything from the kitchen set up to bed linens and towels was top notch. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return again next summer!

My son and I just purchased this property on Nov 18 and it's been a mad dash to get it ready for the ski/board season. Lots of brand new furniture and linens/towels/dish have all been added.

This unit is true ski-in/ski-out. The Orient and Morissey chairlifts are less than 3 minutes away by ski or board. The Orient chair can take you over to both Sundance and Sunburst chairs via the Main Village run.
