A beautiful 2 bedroom (6 beds total) 2 Bathroom apartment within a 24 hour secure gated community, located in the central part of El Cortecito, Punta Cana. Within walking distance of famous Beaches, resorts, shopping, excursions, bars, retaurants and nightlife. Full access to Large swimming pool, grills, and outdoor showers and bathrooms. After a day in the Sun, you can relax on your own outdoor terrace.

Please turn off all electricity and air conditioners before you leave. remove all food and drink and wash all dishes.
Please remember to return all keys and leave them inside the apartment. do not return any keys to the security desk.
Do not take anything that belongs to the apartment. If you do, you will be charged. thank you
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guest will pay for electric usage. (Recharge) in cash (DP) at local kiosk at Fraimery store. Other kiosks are located in Guest book with instructions.
Dishes must be cleaned before departure. Items in apartment must not be taken by the guest. If they are, there will be a charge assessed and reported.
Condition of apartment at checkout by will be checked and accessed for additional cleaning fee. Please turn off all lights and A/C units at departure.

Hidden Gem!

I normally don't write reviews but i had to write and express what an awesome visit we had. If you're looking for a safe, clean stay outside of an all inclusive resort, this was a great option. The host and property manager were amazing in communicating and super accommodating which made this an easy smooth visit for us. The place is clean, super convenient to the city area and easy access to the beach. The community is gated with security so we felt safe. I would definitely stay here again!!

The property was beautiful, a 7 minute walk to beach. The host and property manager were great. Clean, great pool and nice accommodations! Make sure to learn about the delivery of bottled water and the replenishing of electricity in the unit. If you are running air conditioners constantly, you may need to add credits to the power bill

Well stocked condo, pictures are accurate. Comfy bed, shared bbq, 10min walk to the beach, lots of food choice’s within 5-10 min walk. On site property manager is excellent. Owner is working on a new hot water on demand system. We had no hot water for 3 days, then warmish water for the rest of our 3wk stay. Other than that I’d give this place 5 stars

Beautiful Condo

This condo is very nicely decorated. Nice location too. Check in and out was no problem. You do need to go to the store to purchase your electricity, without knowing how much you need-you either spend over or you run out and have to make another trip to the store. This was a little complicated even though I am very familiar with the area and I have a car. For someone coming the first time- it is difficult. Overall very nice.
