It is also centrally located to multiple attractions, nature areas, and entertainment venues, including the Appalachian trail, VA Creeper trail, Doe Mountain Recreation Area, South Holston Lake, Bristol Motor Speedway, Bristol Casino, and Watauga Lake. Gatlinburg, TN and Boone, NC are also within a short drive from the home, along with multiple other attractions that are too numerous to list. Featuring 4-bedrooms and 2-bathrooms, the home can sleep up to 10, and will allow for a peaceful relaxing stay.
The home has 3-bedrooms with queen size beds and 1-bedroom with 2 twin beds. The room with the 2 twin beds also features a TV and gaming system, making it a perfect fit for children. There is also a queen pull-out couch in the living room. The home has two full bathrooms, a large kitchen, laundry room, and a very spacious living room. Come enjoy the mountain views and valley landscape from the front porch or back yard. The large yard is perfect for outside games and cookouts. You can enjoy the red and green apple trees, pear tree, and grape vine in the backyard during fruit season. You may even spot deer enjoying the fruit in the early morning and evening during this time. There is plenty of space for parking your bicycles, boats, motorcycles, and ATVs in the driveway.
