Spectacular detached vacation home in modern style with 3 floors and excellent views. Just 500 meters from a 9-hole golf course and close to the beaches of Maresme, considered the most beautiful of the area, such as those of Sant Pol de Mar, Calella, Blanes, Lloret de Mar and Tossa.

It has 5 spacious and bright double bedrooms, one of them with bathroom en suite, 4 spacious bathrooms, a spacious living and dining room and a modern fully equipped kitchen. The house also offers a spacious garage space, suitable for a large car or trailer.

This house meets all the requirements to enjoy a few free days with all the comforts.

You can relax on the sun loungers, sunbathe or take a dip in the private pool located upstairs. Enjoy the enchanting view of the sea and the mountains or dine on the terrace under the moonlight.

The location near the beach and the mountains allows you to practice water sports, as well as activities such as trekking, biking and horseback riding.
