Two Full beds with plush memory foam mattresses, a large TV, and charming coastal decor including an adorable dog print. Seashell sanctuary bathroom located in the hall for shared use.

Two sturdy twin bunk beds sleep 4. Designed for kids with plush mattresses, dresser, TV, and coastal-themed bedding. Adjacent loft area features a daybed, sofa, and Xbox gaming station for endless fun.

⭐Before you secure your spot at Doin' Grayt, here's the lowdown:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Once you're locked in, we'll shoot over a quick rental agreement. Easy peasy!

💵 SECURITY DEPOSIT: There is a $250 security deposit HOLD (not a charge) placed on your credit card on file 3 days before you arrive. It's auto released 3 days after you depart!

LOCATION: You'll find us chillin' at 140 Grayton Blvd, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459. Can't miss it!

SAFETY FIRST: No worries here—we've got fire alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, and fire extinguishers on deck.

PARKING PERKS: Park it right! Two rides go on the side pad, and there's room for one regular sedan in the garage.

CHECK-OUT: Time to say "see ya later" by 10 AM sharp. Let's keep things moving!

RENTAL AGE: We're all about the fam vibes—guests gotta be 23 or older to book. No exceptions, sorry!

SMOKE-FREE ZONE: Our place is pet-free and smoke-free 🚭. Let's keep the air clean and the fur at bay.

PETS: Dog friendly (max 2) with approval and payment of $200 pet fee/pup

PARTY POLICE: No wild ragers here, folks. Keep it chill after 11 PM, okay?

MAX GUESTS: We've got space for 12 beach lovers, with a max of 10 adults. Keep it cozy, not crowded!

SHUTTLE: Hop on board the Walton County Tourism Department's daily tram service, located just a sandy stroll away at the "Grayton Central" parking lot. From there, you'll be whisked away to the beach and nearby shops and restaurants, hassle-free! You can also walk to the beach-15 min/1 mile.

BOOKING POLICY:
• A 25% Deposit is due at the time of booking.
• Balance is due 45 days prior to arrival date.
• With the exception of a $99 cancellation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 45 days prior to arrival date.
• We accept credit cards (Additional 3% fee applies for all credit card transactions).
