Separate den with queen sleeper sofa for visiting guests, workstation with desk and monitor, and two bicycles for tenant use. Full kitchen with everything you need for day-to-day living and entertaining. Small in-unit washer/dryer and additional laundry room in the building. Large smart TV and fast WiFi. Includes one space in the designated parking lot just 150 yards from the building, with additional free on-street parking close by.
