May Deals- Ocean View 4 Bdrm Villa - Walk to Pool & Beach & Beach Club

Hacienda Pinilla is 4,500 acres of historic ranch property. Neighborhoods, the golf course, tennis courts, bike trails, the JW Marriott and the beach club have been built around the still existing working horse and oxen ranch. This big beautiful area is full of amazing Costa Rican fauna and flora. Car rental and/or golf cart rental is highly recommended due to the size of the property.

Our brand new 4 bedroom villa is just steps from the pool and a short walk to the beach where you can witness beautiful sunsets. It is also a short drive to the Beach Club, JW Marriott and Playa Avellanas and a nice walk during low tide.

1st floor has a welcoming living room, dining table for 8-10 and wood kitchen counter for 3, all with glass doors and views towards the ocean. The fully equipped kitchen has all you need for making home cooked meals or to have a meal cooked for you. Stainless steel microwave, wall oven, dishwasher, glass cooktop and 2 door frig with large bottom freezer. Separate laundry room with large washer and dryer.

The wall to wall sliding glass doors open to balcony with stainless steal gas BBQ, teak loungers and round table for enjoying the sun and meals.

On the ground floor, we also a half bath and the 1st guest bedroom with 2 queen beds, ceiling fan, mini split ac, sliding glass door, private bath with shower glass door, his & hers sinks, large wall mirror and walk-in closet.

As you reach the 2nd floor, you enter the tv/family room with mini split ac unit, couch and smart TV for relaxing. There is also a desk should work require your attention.

Here we have the 2nd guest bedroom which has 2 full beds and a day bed, ceiling fan and mini split ac unit and closet. Private full bath with shower glass door and large wall mirror.

The 3rd guest bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, mini split ac unit, sliding glass door that opens to the balcony and ocean view. Private bath with shower glass door and large wall mirror.

The main bedroom with king size bed, hanging lights, private bath with a large glass door walk-in shower, his & her sinks, large wall mirror, separate toilet room and walk in closet. This bedroom also has sliding glass doors that open to the balcony with ocean views.

The 2nd floor balcony has rocking chairs, loungers and bar table for 2 for you to enjoy your cocktails while you watch truly amazing sunsets.

As our guests, you have access to 3 pools. First one is just steps from the pool which has under cover seating area, lounge chairs and out side shower, second on is on the other side of Lagos also within walking distance just follow the trail by the lake and lastly the pool of the Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club.

As our guests, you also have access to the Beach Club and all their amenities including swimming pool, gym, spa and restaurant. It's $10 p/p which is $5 consumable. You may rent surfboards and boogie boards and lessons are also available.

Our manager, Brenda has been living in the area for 17 years and she offers full concierge services. All of your vacation needs are attended to with great care.

Truly Impressive Location and Property

What a truly special property. A very short walk to the beautiful beach, ocean views from the balcony, a pool right outside your door, and four beautiful bedrooms each with their own bath. On top of this, the place was immaculate and Brenda went out her way to ensure we had an amazing stay! Would absolutely stay again.

This was the cleanest and most beautiful VRBO we have ever stayed in. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to make daily breakfasts. The decor was really lovely - fun colorful touches everywhere - my 9 year old son slept in the sloth room - he loved it:). It was a lovely haven to come back to after a day out in the sun adventuring. Brenda was the icing on top of the cake - she was so helpful with trip planning, booking adventures and transportation, and always responsive. We would stay here again in a heartbeat:)

This was the most seamless stay! Host was very responsive and provided resources! House was an absolute beauty, great layout and space for a family. We definitely had more than enough room. The community has beautiful amenities, the clubhouse and tamarindo is close enough to explore. Highly recommend!

Lovely home & very attentive manager

This villa is a lovely clean home in a very safe setting. Brenda, the manager, was very attentive & helpful. It is only a short walk to Playa Bonito, great tide pools & sunsets (limited swimming) There are 2 nice pools a short walk away. The beach club has a great pool , playground & body surfing as well. Marriotts is even closer, has a great beach for kids. Be aware there are stairs & no handrail but there is a bedroom & 2 bathrooms downstairs. I highly recommend Alison's home

Beautiful villa centrally located with an amazing property manager

If the design sense of the owner doesn't make you fall in love as soon as you open the door, the proximity to the beach, the multiple pools on site, or the responsiveness of the property manager, Brenda surely will. We loved our stay at this beautiful villa. There was plenty of room for our two families and four teen boys. We loved being able to see sunsets from the back patio as well as walk just a short distance down to the beach to see shells, tide pools, and sea turtle tracks. Just a short distance to the beach club and the three beaches, which we accessed with our rented golf cart and van. Brenda is amazing--quick responses and so kind. We loved this villa!

Great location within Hacienda Pinilla

We had a great time in Costa Rica! The house manager was fantastic! She made the best suggestions and was always available when we had questions or concerns. The house itself is well stocked as far as kitchen items and linens go. Downstairs is a bedroom with two beds and the main living area. Upstairs is the other three bedrooms and loft with TV. The location was great. It was as right next door to the JW and had a walking bath if you were planning to go over to their property. The beach club was great, you do have to pay to enter, but get to use an equal credit toward food and drink either by the pool or in the restaurant. The food was pretty good and fairly reasonable. You can rent surf boards here but if you are looking to surf, would suggest going to Tamarindo to get a rental for the week. We plan to be back!

Amazing house for larger group

Our stay was amazing. We had two family’s and there was enough room for everyone to have personal space. The pool was great and very close. Looking out the back of the house had amazing views of the water. A very short walk to the most amazing sunsets we have ever seen. I would post a picture if able but beautiful. The beach club was also great and kept everyone busy. Visit Tamarindo (food, shopping, beach and surfing) check out surf shop SurfMore they were amazing to work with our family. When parking there are people who charge but they really don’t own the lot, it is public parking but they are hustlers trying to get you to pay. Walk away and they can’t do anything at all, they will hassle but just don’t engage. If you are a family of TV watchers this place has one, but we didn’t mind because there was so much to do. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful Villa

The Villa and the surrounding area was perfectly lovely. It was fantastic to be able to access the amenities of The Marriott as well!! The Property Manager, Brenda, could not have been more responsive. She was wonderful!! Be sure to schedule the Private Chef she knows, Juan Carlos. He and his team were incredible!! The Villa is deep inside The Marriott property. It takes approx. 10 minutes to get to it once you enter the gate. Just so you know. As well, the property is about 15 minutes from Taramindo, a commonly known surf town. Total travel time being 25 minutes. Outside of that, the Villa and property are stunning and I’d like to thank Brenda once again for her attentiveness to our every need!! Pura Vida!!

Amazing Trip to Tamarindo

Our experience at Palma Real was 5 stars! The property exceeded expectations. The villa is gorgeous and so well cared for. The kitchen provided all the convenances that we have in our home, it was perfect. The gathering areas were furnished beautifully from the lovely dining and living area to the covered outdoor spaces. All the bedrooms had very comfortable beds and were fitted out with private bathroom spaces. We really enjoyed the modern conveniences of the villa as well as its Costa Rican artwork. Brenda the property manager was outstanding with her pre-visit assistance in setting us up with Jeffery Gomez our driver/tour guide and suggesting excursions which really made our trip memorable. Jeffery was amazing with his expert driving skills which are truly needed with some of Costa Rican road conditions. He was a huge factor in making our trip so fun and adventurous with his excellent hosting skills. Ask for Jeffery even if you just need airport transfers but highly recommend him for some outstanding side tours as well. We did rent a vehicle to run around locally, which I would recommend based on the location of the Villa. We hope to have the opportunity to stay again at this amazing property!
