1. Guest Registration
All guests must disclose the total number of occupants staying at the property. Providing inaccurate guest information may result in additional charges, cancellation of the reservation, or other actions in accordance with Airbnb policies.
2. Pet-Free Property
This is a strictly pet-free property. If a pet is brought onto the property or observed through exterior security cameras, a $500 penalty fee will be charged.
3. Firewood
Firewood is not provided. Guests are welcome to bring their own if permitted by local regulations.
4. No Smoking
Smoking, vaping, or the use of any tobacco or cannabis products is strictly prohibited inside the home. Evidence of smoking may result in additional cleaning and deodorization charges.
5. Garbage Disposal
Please place all garbage in sealed bags and leave them outside in the designated garbage area before check-out.
