New home, four bedroom, two bathroom, well appointed lake house. Sleeps 8 adults, maximum 9 people. One king sized bed, two queen sized beds, one double bed sharing a room with single bunk beds.
Lovely deck and one minute walk to small public beach.
Very quiet summerhouse street.
3 steps to the door, two bedrooms one bath main floor, two bedrooms one bath upstairs.
Full kitchen, washer/dryer, soaker tub.
Short walk to provincial beach with boardwalk, park, cafes, restaurants and ice cream! Active nightlife short walk away. Town of Sylvan Lake STAR licence number 04477.

This was our second stay at this property for our annual girls getaway. The property is well appointed and true to pictures and description. Location is great to access the lake, walking Lakeshore Drive, and trips into Red deer. The kitchen is well appointed if you’re wanting to cook or bake. And there is ample seating and a large table for large groups. Sometimes when renting year over year, it’s easy to note how maintenance has slipped on a property, but this property is very well kept. We hope to be back again next fall.

What a beautiful home to host our annual girls’ getaway. First, the host was very responsive to our questions in preparation for the stay. Instructions were straightforward and we checked in/out without any problems. The home is spacious, clean and well appointed to prepare food & clean up. We were 8 adults & slept comfortably in the 6 beds. The deck and firepit were very welcoming. We give this getaway thumbs up from all 8 of us. This has been our favorite spot so far. Thank you!

We booked the property for our son’s wedding weekend. It was absolutely perfect!! This home had everything we needed and was so comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was amazing and the beds were so comfortable! For us it was in the perfect location for our wedding venue at 52 North. Thank you mark and Tanya for such a lovely place to stay! I will recommend your property to our friends for sure!

Check in with super easy she was very kind. House was very nice and clean. Lots of room was a really lovely stay only thing I would say is that I wish they had air-conditioning but it’s okay every room has fans. Everything was so nice and lovely. Really was such a wonderful time in a beautiful home . Thanks so much !!!
