IL CORTILETTO Apartment es una familia lugar histórico recientemente renovado con su propia entrada directamente en una de las escaleras principales de la ciudad. Equipado con calefacción, aire acondicionado, de alta velocidad Wi-Fi y TV vía satélite, ofrece dos habitaciones amplias y confortables, un maestro y un doble, un baño, amplio espacio abierto con cocina totalmente equipada y sala de estar. El salón tiene un sofá-cama nueva marca que puede acomodar a dos personas más y ser doblado hacia atrás en un cómodo sofá durante el día. La habitación doble tiene una pequeña y agradable pequeño balcón desde donde se puede admirar una visión de lago y los muchos barcos se acercan a la costa durante el día. El apartamento también le ofrece la posibilidad de sentarse y relajarse en un delicioso patio lleno de flores justo en frente de la entrada de la casa donde se puede disfrutar de un desayuno tranquilo en una soleada mañana de verano o simplemente leer un libro y escuchar sonidos y melodías de la ciudad mientras bebe una copa de vino italiano.

Great place in the heart of Bellagio

Elisabetta was a great host. Our flight was delayed and we did not arrive until 2:00 a.m. so she provided excellent instructions for us to get into the property and garage. Apartment was as advertised. Very clean and comfortable.

Prachtig appartement op toplocatie

Erg genoten van het stadje Bellagio vanuit dit appartement. Zeer centraal gelegen in een van de leuke steegjes. 30m van de veerdienst en omringd door restaurantjes en winkeltjes. Ijssalons, pleintjes, winkeltje met groente/fruit en mogelijkheden voor afhalen van broodjes of pizza allemaal op loopafstand. Appartement was zeer compleet uitgerust en schoon. Het terras buiten was ook een goede toevoeging. Van binnen alles netjes afgewerkt en gerenoveerd, het blijft wel een oud gebouw dus zeker gehorig mbt bovenburen en kamers binnen het appartement. Maar geen reden om dit niet te boeken. De eigenaresse was erg aardig, behulpzaam en had goede tips voor bezienswaardigheden etc. Als je wilt genieten van een echte Bellagio-ervaring, dan is deze accommodatie echt een aanrader. Boek wel een parkeerplaats bij dit appartement, want parkeren in het stadje zelf is nagenoeg onmogelijk.

Alles war schön, Lage perfekt Empfehlungen von Elisabetta alle sehr gut und auch das Wetter war traumhaft. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Sogar unser Dackel hat sich wohl gefühlt. Danke ;)

I wish I could give 10 stars

If you are looking for an apartment in Bellagio…BOOK THIS APARTMENT NOW! This apartment was a dream. The location was perfect for us. 30 steps up from the lake level was good when carrying luggage. Central to everything we wanted to do, close to the ferry station. The outside area had tables and chairs with grapevines. One night we put the tables together and had a dinner for 7. Elisabetta provided a tablecloth for us to use. Inside was clean, comfortable furniture and everything we needed for our stay. And the A/C was much appreciated with the heat in Europe while we were there. Oh, it was very quiet too. Elisabetta was a great host. She responded to my emails and answered all my questions and told me the best route to take from the airport to Bellagio. When in Bellagio, she gave advise and was always available to answer questions. Thank you Elisabetta for having us and for your hospitality. You made Bellagio a trip of a lifetime.

Incredible apartment in a perfect location!

This apartment is perfectly located in downtown Bellagio! It is walking distance to the ferries, all of the restaurants and wine bars you could want, and more! The apartment owner, Elisabetta, was incredibly gracious and helped us park our car. She then showed us the apartment, gave us the keys and left us to enjoy it! The apartment was absolutely perfect in terms of size. We want to return and stay here again! If we could give this place 10 out of 5 stars - we would! Thank you so much!

Heel fijn

We hebben twee heerlijke dagen gehad in dit super leuke plaatsje aan het Comomeer. Het appartement ligt heel centraal met aan het ene uiteinde van de steeg/trap het prachtige meer en aan het andere uiteinde het leuke winkelstraatje. Elisabetta raadde ons van alles aan in de buurt en om lekker te eten en was heel vriendelijk.

Appartement cosy, idéalement situé

Pour notre premier séjour au bord du lac de Côme, nous ne pouvions espérer mieux. La propriétaire est d'une grande gentillesse, très accueillante, nous renseignant sur les choses à faire ou à voir, de precieux conseils. L' appartement est très beau, propre, bien équipé, la terrasse est vraiment très agréable ! Idéalement situé. Stationnement et circulation difficile, une solution de garage (en surcout) nous a été proposé. Ensuite on découvre le lac avec les bateaux.

Il soggiorno e' stato bellissimo. L'appartamento e' molto accogliente , e facilità il rilassamento , che e' la nostra prima necessita durante le vacanze. Lovely comfortable place in the middle of Bellagio

We had a wonderful stay at Elisabetta's place. The location couldn't be any better, and the apartment is very comfortable, particularly because of the attention to detail and quality (e.g. very good bed, soft towels and pillows, good showet etc). Thank you for a lovely time!

Nette woning op een toplocatie. Hartje centrum maar rustig terrasje voor de deur. Gastheer en gastvrouw reageren erg snel en nemen de tijd voor uitleg👍🏻

Best little apartment in Bellagio!

We loved our stay at this apartment. It was centrally located and could not get a better location. You really get the full Italian experience here. We arrived later in the evening and Elisabetta was a gracious host with many tips (and a great pizza recommendation a few steps away) and a map to show us where to go and what to do. There is a balcony that is shared with a cooking class (which was not a problem at all) and at night and morning it was open so we enjoyed our last nights dinner there. Elisabetta even dropped off a meal left from the cooking class and when I returned the dish, we were given another. Can't beat that! Its a cute little town and the apartment was clean and had everything we needed. I am so glad our family of 6 stayed here! Also the photos on VRBO were not updated and the kitchen was remodeled and updated tv. What a great surprise! Gratzi!

Fantastic location. Fantastic hosts. Clean and very comfortable.

We loved Bellagio and all it has to offer. Stairs can be a bit tricky with suitcases but our hosts were very helpful. The house is very clean and secure. Loved it!

The best place in Bellagio!!

We came to Bellagio for 3 nights and I am beyond happy that we chose this apartment! It is perfect. The location is a dream and close to everything. Only a short walk up the stairs and you are home! The apartment was very comfortable and updated. It was spotless and had everything you could need. Elsabetta was so kind and genuine and provided us with perfect recommendations for our stay (to which we took full advantage of visiting every spot). There is a fantastic restaurant right around the corner, a small market which I would buy fruit and water from, and right up the stairs from the lake and all of the lake side restaurants / shops. I cannot say enough wonderful things and would not want to stay anywhere else in Bellagio!!

A Gem

We spent on week at Il Cortiletto making Bellagio our home base for exploring Lake Como. The apartment's location is outstanding with only a matter of steps to the hub af Bellagio's activity... shops, restaurants and ferries. In spite of its central location the apartment is quiet, clean and air conditioned. A private patio under the grape vine adds to the charm. The kitchen is well equipped should one want to cook up some pasta. Would recommend without any reservation. Excellent choice.

Super apartment, superb location!

The apartment was really clean, well equipped and in an excellent location. Elisabetta, the owner, was really welcoming, helpful, and gave lots of good advice about the local area. We loved Bellagio, and having secure parking, at an extra cost, was so useful!!

Prachtig!

Prachtig,heel schoon appartemenent op een bijzondere locatie! Tussen twee Hotels is een steegje ,een paar treedjes omhoog en daar vind men dit prieeltje! 'S morgensvroeg een wandeling gemaakt langs het Comomeer. Geweldig.

I have been travelling quite a bit around the world but always felt the need to come back to my lake and to our beautiful surroundings. I love meeting people and share experiences with them and somehow help them fall in love with Bellagio while being our guests in our IL CORTILETTO Apartment.

The unique position of IL CORTILETTO Apartment is what makes your vacation a memorable one. I love this place as it is my former home and what is so precious about it is the location in the center of town and the privacy of the little patio. It is wonderful to be in town but having your little outdoor space to enjoy the nice summer weather.
