Unit Layout
You will be staying in a 4-room semi-detached house that spans across 3 levels with a total area of 95 square meters. The ground floor features a bright and beautifully furnished living room equipped with satellite TV. The kitchen on the same level is fully equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is an exit leading to the private patio from the kitchen. Additionally, a separate water closet (WC) is available on the ground floor.

On the lower ground floor, you will find a living/sleeping room with a sofa bed and a shower room with a bidet and a WC. The upper floor consists of a double bedroom with a fan and an exit leading to a balcony. Another room on the same level has 2 beds and a fan, also with an exit to a balcony. A separate shower room with a bidet and a WC is available on the upper floor as well.

Amenities Included
The property is equipped with gas heating, which is available from October 1st to April 30th. You will have access to 2 small balconies, a roofed patio measuring 6 square meters, and a garden spanning 200 square meters.
