Casa Gran Brisa is paradise in a beachfront villa on the mesmerizing turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea.
Located only minutes away from Playa Norte (downtown), Casa Gran Brisa is the perfect setting for a family vacation, an excursion with friends, or a quick romantic getaway. This 3,000 square foot, four bedroom, three bathroom luxury home offers enough space to comfortably accommodate up to ten guests, including a disabled accessible first floor, bedroom and bathroom.

Casa Gran Brisa has Starlink high speed internet with mesh wifi throughout the house. We also havefully equipped, spacious chef’s kitchen which opens to the living room and the dining area. The living room has a Sony 4K HiDef flat-screen TV and surround system, and the dining area is large enough to comfortably seat ten people. Off of the first and second floors, you will find spacious terraces that offer incredible beach and ocean views and comfortable outdoor accommodations.

A brand new, saltwater infinity pool has just been completed right off of the 1st floor terrace. At 11 meters (36 feet) long, it's perfect for early morning laps, hanging out in the middle of the day, or floating under the stars.

A few steps down from the first floor terrace and pool, is the beautiful sandy beach where sea turtles come at night to lay their eggs, and the crystal clear waters of the Caribbean Sea is your backdrop.

The rooftop terrace is the perfect spot to watch the sun rise over the Caribbean sea in the morning, work on your perfect tan in privacy during the day, watch the sun set over the bay in the evening, and star gaze from the ten-person jacuzzi at night.
The house is high end, fully equipped, with air-conditioning in every room, has custom cabinets, granite counter tops, a marble staircase, two story waterfall fountain in the foyer, satellite tv and a wireless internet mesh setup that covers every room in the house.
This dream villa is located in the part of the island called the airport strip. It is, in most people's opinion, the most desirous neighborhood on the entire island.
With our semi-secluded beach, we are close enough, a 15 minute walk, to El Centro to the happening part of the island, yet far enough from the partying and noise to quietly drift off while reading a good book, to the sound of the crashing waves. Most days, we see no one walking along our beach.
So wake up and enjoy a morning cup of late, or mimosa in total privacy, from the second floor, master bedroom terrace Watch the rising sun peak through the morning clouds over the Caribbean. Or--walk along the semi-secluded beach collecting sea glass in the afternoon. Or--have our private chef serve you fresh margaritas followed by a romantic dinner by the pool as the pelicans glide by. You just might run into one of the local kids selling their daily catch of fresh lobster and speared fish from the coral reef just 50 yards off of our beach. How about a glass of champagne before bed, as you relax in the master bathroom jacuzzi bath tub which overlooks the ocean? Or--if it's that time of year, you may want a late night walk along beach and watch sea turtles swim ashore to lay eggs in the sand. No flashlights please.
