Tall Hill Lake House is a cozy chalet, nestled in the Poconos Lakes Region of Lake Ariel minutes from Lake Wallenpaupack and the quaint towns of Hawley and Honesdale. The chalet is located in a gated and amenity filled community of The Hideout, well balanced between woods isolation and plenty of amenities for all seasons. You will have access to outdoor heated swimming pools, beaches, newly expanded Tiki Bar, community restaurant and pub, golf course, tennis, basketball, pickleball, gym and more!

This home offers three levels of accommodations! Ground level offers a separate entrance, full bathroom and a bunk bed and full bed combo bedroom! Main level also has a bedroom and kitchen, dining area and living room combo! Easy access from two sliding glass doors to the back deck and BBQ for summer cooking! Upstairs has the primary bedroom with its own full bathroom.

Best part is just under a five minute walk you can be at the North Beach! This great beach within the community offers a sandy beach plus a grassy area under the trees! Easily spend the day with the best of both outdoor worlds! Grassy area also has provided picnic tables and BBQ stands for use! Fishing (with a license) and a small playground area will also fill your time! Bathrooms and shower stalls are accessible.

Within a 5-7 minute drive you can reach the following, also in the Hideout Community:

- Main Beach (with boat rentals), splash pad, outdoor heated pool, and Tiki Bar.
-The Nubia Art Center is perfect to paint your own pottery or experiment other forms of art.
-A 9-hole golf course
- ClubHouse, which offers a Pub and Restaurant across from the golf course
-The Rec Center which has a gym, library, indoor courts for tennis and pickleball, golf simulator and arcade.
-The North Pool - a second outdoor heated pool
-Mini golf
-A 2.7 mile nature walking trail
Please note: Some amenities have additional fees and are subject to availability by the Community. Discounts or refunds not applicable due to any amenity closure, including lake usage.

There will be a registration form required to be filled out at least 3 days prior to your arrival for gate access. All drivers must show a valid drivers license and valid vehicle registration upon check in. No more than 3 unrelated adults/households are allowed. There are no exceptions to this community requirement.

All garbage, food and drinks need to be removed from the house upon departure. There is a central trash facility for all owners and guests to use located within a 2 minute drive from the house. Trash is not picked up at the house and cannot be left at the house upon departure. Do not leave any trash outside at any time. Trash facility hours are posted within the Welcome Guide at the house.

Community can close any amenity at their discretion, including lake usage. Homeowner is not responsible for this and will not offer discounts or refunds for any closure, including weather related closures.
