The inside of the house is a nice set up. They have games and nicely decorated. However, there was a used washcloth left in the shower of the main bathroom, which made me feel uncomfortable with using that bathroom due to the soiled washcloth. I had to travel all the way upstairs from downstairs to use the bathroom. In addition the yard is poorly landscape.

Fonda is the best host we have experienced in many years. Ocanoe Houz is charming and very cozy. Our granddaughter enjoyed the books, games and Christmas decor.

Sadly Do Not Recommend

First to say that the first impression was great. Enjoyed the location and house was nice. Minor issues with door knobs. Daughter got stuck in room. Internet poor. Minor issues. Sadly once we left it went south. Accused of losing an item that ended up being found by them. We left a small item behind. Multiple contacts were made and told it was found and they would ship. Then no contact back and was ignored and had to contact VRBO for a phone contact. Reached the owner and was told would be shipping item beginning of next week. Then again had to contact again and finally was told item was shipped. A couple more days later. Now it has been almost a month since the stay. Sadly the attitude of kindness was then being charged a large fee to ship a small item that only costs 7$ to ship. So please beware if you stay and be sure you leave absolutely nothing behind or move any items as you will be charged. Not to mention so most rental properties constantly video tape activities now? Just hoping is only outside. But do feel that should be posted as well when you stay.
