Home is situated on a lot overlooking trees and open space. Located in the gated Timber Creek development. Community amenities will include pool, restaurant, fitness center and basketball courts (amenities are still under construction and set to open early 2023). Close to shopping, dining (Gulf Coast Town Center), beaches, FGCU and much more!
