COVID Response:Condo will be cleaned and sanitized between renters Covid related refunds available prior to check-in based on government regulations.. Lysol wipes, lysol spray and hand sanitizer will be provided to renters to be used at their discretion.

Our home has been professionally decorated in warm blues and tans with a hint of the ocean. You will feel like your vacation as started as soon as you walk in the door. It will also be equipped with All the luxury items you have come to expect!

Our home is the largest of all the town homes with over 2000 sq. ft. of living space including multiple living areas, 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a large 2nd floor balcony and a front porch.

Wireless, high-speed internet and HD cable TV are provided in our home. Front door is equipped with a wireless entry system so all you have to do is enter your code and start enjoying all our home as to offer. All bedrooms and living room have flat screen TVs and ceiling fans.

Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal after a day relaxing in the sun. Kitchen includes dishes, flat ware, pots and pans, small appliances and much more. There is also a gas grill in the garage for your use.

After a long day enjoying all that Paseo has to offer just relax with a family board game or a book while watching the sunset from your balcony. The bedrooms and bathrooms are fully equipped with all bedding linen, bath towels,hand towels and wash rags, alarm clocks and blow dryers. The laundry room is equipped with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

From Paseo it is a short drive to ft Myers Beach, Sanibel Island and Captiva. The condo is equipped for everything you need for a great day at the beach including beach towels, beach blankets, beach umbrellas, Ice chest on wheels and wagon to transport . You will also find water floats and bucket and sand toys for the children.

For those who enjoy socializing, the focal point of the community is the resort style Village Center where family and friends can meet to enjoy all Paseo has to offer which is a short walk from the condo. The village center features a gorgeous resort-style pool and Tiki Bar on a fully-furnished sundeck complete with private cabanas and lush landscaping. Or spoil yourself at The Spa (classic manicures and pedicures to facials and massage therapy) and our state-of-the-art fitness center, with the finest equipment, an aerobics room/dance studio for group fitness.

The village center is complete with a full-service concierge, a community movie theater, a business center, fishing pier, and courts for all your favorite sports: tennis, basketball, volleyball, and pickle-ball. Restaurant amenities include ice cream shop, The Paseo Pub, The Bistro and a coffee shop.

Great place!

This condo is very nice with a great floor plan. Nicely furnished and very comfortable. The location is close to the pool. We really enjoyed our stay and enjoyed Paseo!

Amazing place, great hosts, they think of everything.

The community is amazing, the location is right in the middle of anything you would want to do, the condo is beautiful, and they had basically everything you would need during the stay there ready for you. We had a great trip and this place is a resort. Thank you Dave and Susan, for letting us share your place. We loved it, our grown kids came down for a short time with our grand kids, and they loved it, and we had most of the month to just enjoy life in Paseo.

2021 Holidays

My kids and stayed 60 days this year which was a real treat. So much to do in this area. We saw 3 movies and a comedy show. We played too golf and dined at several top local restaurants. The unit was immaculately cleaned and well provisioned for an extended stay. The neighborhood is tranquil. Pool, tennis and basketball just 100 yards from the doorstep. There couldn’t possibly be a better location in the area. Will definitely satay again.

The rental unit is located in a quiet neighborhood overlooking an expansive green lawn area complete with a large pond which is home to several species of birds and fish. Both the ground level and upstairs lanais provide places to view the surrounding grounds and enjoy incredible sunsets. The unit location provides a comfortable four minute walk to the City Center which is the hub of PASEO community activity that can include various sports and exercise activities, swimming or lounging at fantastic pools, watching a movie, getting a massage or haircut, or choosing a dining option (during select nights and times). The spacious interior of the unit is filled with abundant natural light during the day, is tastefully decorated, and contains all the essentials to make your stay a delightful vacation. Online pictures of the unit do not do it justice. One more important fact: we found the owners truly committed to making our stay enjoyable and carefree. Not many rental locations can boast about all the above attributes! It is perfect for an active or restful vacation. While we enjoyed many additional activities in the Fort Myers area, we also spent considerable time enjoying the resort-like atmosphere and friendly community of PASEO. We plan to return to this unit again and again and again!

Unit is brand new with nothing missing, the location is perfect with the sun in front that makes perfect to have a relexing drink on your balcony before dinner. Susan is of the most helpful making sure that everything is ok. I have been renting on vrbo for years and these owners are the best. I definitely recommend this unit to anyone you wants to come to southwest Florida, with no surprises.

Best vacation Spot!!

My family and I (two adults/two teenagers) have just finished our amazing vacation at this Paseo rental. It was everything we could have asked for in a home. The property is immaculate with all of the latest amenities to make it feel like home. We enjoyed the designer kitchen, the generously-sized bedrooms and the upgraded bathrooms. The state-of-the-art electronics, WIFI and sound system were an amazing bonus to the property. Plenty of relaxing living space for us to spread out and then great games/cards for us to play together. The property is centrally located in the complex within easy walking (or biking-2 in the garage) distance to the beautiful pool, clubhouse, fitness areas. I even enjoyed a fitness class at the gym - no charge! And I can't even describe how much I love that pool. There was plenty to do in and around the home as well as plenty of areas to just sit and relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. It honestly felt like home for us - had everything we could have asked for. Any questions we posed to the homeowners were answered promptly and courteously. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. We will definitely be coming back....and have already booked our return flights! Enjoy!

Fabulous spot for a great vacation

My family and I enjoyed feel at home at the Robinson Condo. It has everthing you need to prepare a great meal or to just relax and watch a movie on one of the large TVs. We took advantage of the beach equipment the owners provided including the beach chairs, beach towels and an ice chest for a relaxing day on beautiful ft myers beach. We will definately rebook for next year. We highly reccomend this home.

Dave and I live in Texas in the Austin area. We built this condo to enjoy time with our children and grandchildren. We want ther families to come to out condo and enjoy time with the ones they love as well.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with paseo a year ago when we came to visit a friend. We love all the amenities especially the pool and tiki bar. My husband loves being able to fish early in the morning and he hooked a big bass on our first visit. We decided to make this our home away from home soon after. Please enjoy our home and all the amenities available.
