The property location is directly in downtown Doral next to many great nightlife, shopping, and activity choices. Building is beautiful and well maintained. The view from the 16th floor is breathing and we spent a wonderful evening on the balcony with tunes and a bottle of bubbly. The apartment is lovely, if somewhat small, but that is to be expected. It is one room plus bathroom. The bed is a wall unit pulldown behind the couch, which you must move in order to access it. The separator between the "bedroom" and "kitchen" is a frosted glass wall which only closes half the width of the apartment, so if you like a door between them you're out of luck. The kitchen is always about two steps away and always in view. This did not bother us, but maybe someone else may prefer something different. The mattress was adequate. The pillows could use an upgrade. There are only two supplied bathroom towels and two wash rags, but there is a full size washer and dryer which appear to be near new and work very well. You must supply your own detergent, pods, etc, but Publix is directly across the street within easy walking distance. There is a full size, very nice refrigerator and a serviceable dishwasher. The plates, utensils, etc are well stocked.
Our major complaint was the bed and my girlfriends allergies. Something set them off. We stored the comforter in the closet, borrowed another comforter from family in the area, washed the linens. Better, but still allergic. We suspect the mattress.
