Location, location, location!! The place was wonderful and located in an area with easy access to restaurants, shops, and activities for the kids. Located in a quiet neighborhood with a good pool. It was clean and furnished very well. Overall great stay for us. We recommend will be staying again.

Nice Vacation

Stayed here Memorial Day weekend 2024 with my wife and 4 kids. This place was exactly as advertised. It was very clean and conveniently located in the middle of everything. I would stay here again.

This is a great place if you know what to expect. It’s 5 minutes to the beach but the access isn’t simple to get to. The communication could’ve been better and enhanced the experience

Great Place, Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. When we first stepped into the condo, we noticed how bright it was. We were also impressed with the cleanliness.The location of this condo was ideal. It was the closest to the beach from this complex. It also was a 2 minute drive to the golf course, shopping, restaurants.Communication with the owner was exceptional. We experienced a minor issue when we first arrived. Courtney responded to my email within and five minutes and had the issue resolved promptly. Would highly recommend this rental to anyone.

Gulf Terrace Apartment

This property was very clean and updated. The host provided everything you need. She provided us with beach towels, 2 chairs and umbrella. The beds were comfortable and had clean towels and linens for our entire stay. The property has a washer and dry which is very helpful. The host was very accommodating and responded pretty quick. My complaint is that the outside of the property is not very well kept, it’s very outdated. It’s an older property so if you are looking for a nice place to enjoy the amenities this is not the best. Not a really nice area to cookout or to enjoy the view. The beach access is across the street from HWY 98 so if you have small kids or beach things to carry, you would probably have to drive to the nearest public beach access. We parked at the Back Porch, 5 min drive and used the public parking there. Walking was not really ideal for all of the things we had. Upon arrival we were not satisfied because of the condition of the property, however the apartment itself was very clean and comfortable.

Partial Refund Needed

I did not get to stay in the condo that I paid for. Surprisingly when my family and I arrived another family had already occupied the unit. The unit was double booked. The owner of the condo unit was helpful and helped got us another unit. However, i am very frustrated with the situation at hand. I would like a partial refund and I need to discuss this with someone. Please reach out to me with a contact person.
