Sliding glass doors give you a constant backdrop of the tropical plants surrounding your private retreat, as well as direct access to the lanai.

Once on the lanai, you'll notice that it is every bit as jaw-dropping as the interior, as you're met by a private oasis in front of you. The experience is even more enjoyable while you’re floating in the heated pool or relaxing in the sun in the hot tub or on the loungers, where the only thing surrounding you is the beautiful tropical plants. Is it time to eat yet? Well, with the provided outdoor gas grill, a poolside barbeque would be the perfect meal. And there’s no better way to close out a day in the tropics than enjoying a show on the wall-mounted outdoor television.

When it comes time to serve a family meal or tropical treat on the lanai, the modern kitchen features granite countertops with barstools and comes fully stocked with all modern appliances and cookware.

Time for bed? Well, every bedroom, along with their televisions and ample closet and drawer space, is furnished and decorated with all the colors and comforts of paradise. The master suite, in particular, features an en suite bathroom with his-and-her sinks, a bathtub, and glass walk-in shower, as well as direct lanai access so that you can fall asleep to the gentle tropical breezes.

The house is filled with comfort-enhancing amenities like air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels, a washer and dryer, table tennis, and outdoor volleyball net. You also have bicycles to tour the island, along with beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella for that short walk to the silken sands and turquoise water of the Paradise Coast.

When you feel like shopping or seeing a movie, another short walk takes you to Marco Walk Plaza, a premier open-air shopper’s paradise filled with boutiques and plenty of fine dining options. You can also walk to Marco Golf and Garden, a miniature golf course in the midst of an award-winning garden.
