Bathrobes, hats, beach supplies golf clubs and more. All for use and return.
This house has it all with class and style and cleanliness. Wow factors all around. You will not be disappointed. Comforters or changed after every guest and replaced by new one. Mattress has two mattress covers. Pillows have a pillow cover and a pillow case. Bedbug spray is used after every check out. Hospital grade disinfectant is used.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
You will initially go thru garage door to get in. Code available when booked
Please run off a load or 2 of towels and put in dryer

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Keep noise to a minimum by 9:00 Marco Island Rule, Canal echos. No glass on lanai or outside. No cats. Certain bonus amenities are on honor system.
No cats. If all back sliders are open please turn AC off. It will freeze. That’s what happens 🙁 no markers or crayons in house.
Pick up after your dogs please. Don’t ruin pet policy by not doing so. Garbage Monday & Thursday. No diving. No marker or crayons

Perfect day at Coco Cay

The house is magnificent and, very spacious. The pool is amazing and the outdoor perfect. The only thing we believe needs to be upgraded and fixed is the barbecue… please take it in confederation. Other than that, the house is absolutely gorgeous and amazing. Great stay overall. We enjoyed.

Beautiful home and beautiful view.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The owner suppled anything you would need on your vacation. She was easy to get in touch with and helped with any questions. We did have an issue with two of the T V's due to contractors just finished painting and we believe they did not properly hook cables back in place.

The house was great. It had everything we needed and is in a great location on the south end of the island. The check-in and check-out process was very easy, as well as the communication with the host. Kids loved the pool and fishing off the dock. The outside lanai / entertainment area was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Marco Island Vacay

Villa Enzo is a beautiful home. The outdoor lanai with the pool and hot tub was wonderful! We rented a pontoon for a day and had it delivered directly to the pier. The home is conveniently located to the beach and many restaurants. Lori is a gracious host and you can tell that this home is filled with love and memories!

Villa Enzo was beautiful. Hosts went above and Beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Outdoor space was perfect. There were 8 adults and 1 child in our group. I would definitely recommend this villa.
