Upstairs there are residential units and a rooftop pool, while downstairs there are shops and restaurants surrounded by cobblestones and mature, tropical landscaping. Duval Square Delight is right in the middle of the action, yet the home feels private, quiet and secluded.
This townhome has been recently upgraded and redecorated. The kitchen features granite countertops and stainless appliances, while the open living area is washed in cool blues and creams. The living area opens up to a warm, sun filled patio.
Upstairs, the master bedroom has it's on en suite bath and a private, sunny balcony. The second bedroom also has an en suite bath and tons of natural light.
Duval Square Delight is equipped with a washer/dryer, flat screen televisions, high speed wifi, and a designated covered parking space.
