ADORANT COTTAGE UN BLOC DE DUVAL…
Cottage privé d'une chambre sur la rue Simonton à un pâté de maisons de Duval.  Totalisant une chambre, une salle de bain avec cuisine ouverte et coin repas, plus un salon.  Cette maison est parfaite pour un ou deux couples ou une petite famille.  Asseyez-vous, détendez-vous et profitez-en!  

MEUBLES…
Les couleurs paisibles tout au long du décor nautique ajoutent une agréable sensation tropicale au chalet.   Sentez-vous comme détendu et sous les tropiques, à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur.  Bien qu'il s'agisse d'un chalet d'une chambre, il se sent spacieux en raison des beaux plafonds voûtés en bois dans le salon et la cuisine, et de beaux hauts plafonds dans la chambre.  Planchers de bois franc partout et beaucoup de fenêtres pour la lumière naturelle du soleil.  Il y a une cuisine entièrement équipée ouverte sur la salle à manger, idéale pour visiter pendant la cuisson et une belle salle de bain complète récemment rénovée avec douche debout idéalement située au milieu de la maison. 

DISPOSITIONS DE COUCHAGE…
Chambre avec lit queen à l'avant du chalet au-delà du salon avec sa propre entrée privée.  Canapé-lit dans le salon également avec sa propre entrée privée pour accueillir le deuxième couple ou les invités.  Cette maison est parfaite pour une escapade en couple pouvant accueillir des visiteurs ou 2 couples.

DÉTAILS ET COMMODITÉS…
Situé à quelques portes plus loin, c'est Better Than Sex… le restaurant de desserts le plus populaire de Key West!  En outre, idéalement situé à un pâté de maisons, se trouvent CVS, Papa John��s, nettoyage à sec, métro et restaurants gastronomiques.  C'est l'endroit idéal pour aller partout à Key West, et surtout, c'est à un pâté de maisons de Duval où vous trouverez des boutiques, des galeries d'art et d'excellents restaurants! Le stationnement dans la rue étant limité, nous vous recommandons donc de conduire pour vous garer au parking de la vieille ville ou une fois garé dans une place de stationnement dans la rue, de laisser votre voiture pendant la durée de votre séjour car tout est à distance de marche ou de vélo. et l'épicerie peut être commandée et livrée le jour même!

The rental met all our needs and the location was great. The couch was not comfortable but the bed was extremely comfortable. We plan to rent again and I will ask for a blanket to be there as I am always cold and used a beach towel lol. Temperature of 72 was fine for my husband though.

Great location! Easy to walk to most places and pretty comfy. If you can time it right and get an open parking spot on the street (on the 900 block) just one block away, it’s free parking. We just left our rental car parked there for most of our stay, with no issues.

The one negative was the pull out sofa. The bed laid slanted downward at the head. My kids had to sleep with the bed at the elevated position. Other than that we had a wonderful time. The location was EXCELLENT.
