ADORIABLE RETREAT ONE BLOCK FROM DUVAL…
One bedroom gem on Simonton Street one block from Duval.  One bedroom, one bathroom condominium with an open kitchen & dining area, plus a living room. This home is perfect for one couple planning on having guests or children join them.  Sit back, relax, and enjoy!  
***PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE

FURNISHINGS…
Peaceful colors throughout with nautical décor add a nice tropical feel to this retreat.   Feel like you're relaxed and in the tropics whether indoors or out.  Although this is a one-bedroom, it feels spacious due to the beautiful wood vaulted ceilings in the living room and kitchen, and nice high ceilings in the bedroom. Hardwood floors throughout and plenty of windows for natural sunlight.  There is a kitchen with all the necessary cookware that lies open to the dining room, great for visiting while cooking and a beautiful, newly renovated full bath with stand up shower conveniently located in the middle of the home. 

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS…
Lovely queen bedroom with two small closets, a dresser, and a flat screen TV. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room perfect for kids or additional guests.

DETAILS AND AMENITIES…
Located a few doors down is Better Than Sex… the most popular dessert restaurant in Key West!  Also, conveniently located a block away, are CVS, Papa John’s, Dry Cleaning, Subway and fine dining restaurants. It is the perfect location for anywhere you would like to go in Key West, and most importantly, it is one block from Duval where you will find shopping, art galleries, and excellent restaurants!

This home does not have designated parking but there is on street parking in the surrounding neighborhood.  Please refrain from parking in spots marked “residential”. Guests may also park at the Old Town Parking Garage which allows daily and monthly rates.

PETS...
Pets are welcome and a pet fee is required. We will consider multiple pets (up to 2) depending upon size. Please check the box that you are bringing a pet upon your request to book, and include the pet size and breed in the comment section.

CANCELLATION...
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

The rental met all our needs and the location was great. The couch was not comfortable but the bed was extremely comfortable. We plan to rent again and I will ask for a blanket to be there as I am always cold and used a beach towel lol. Temperature of 72 was fine for my husband though.

Great location! Easy to walk to most places and pretty comfy. If you can time it right and get an open parking spot on the street (on the 900 block) just one block away, it’s free parking. We just left our rental car parked there for most of our stay, with no issues.

The one negative was the pull out sofa. The bed laid slanted downward at the head. My kids had to sleep with the bed at the elevated position. Other than that we had a wonderful time. The location was EXCELLENT.

Everything from notifications prior to arrival, to easily extending our stay was outstanding! Whitney made everything so easy for our stay, and I greatly appreciate that. The space was just enough for the two of use and was very central to all there is to see and do in Key West!

Pictures are deceiving

The front entry requires a thorough cleaning, which was very disappointing after viewing the photos. The place is quite small, and the images were misleading. Although it was reasonably clean, the shower curtain/hooks had rust stains. Not a big deal.Additionally, it would be helpful to find a way to cover the bedroom window shade, as anyone can look directly into the bedroom since it faces the road. I ended up using a towel to cover it. While the noise level is noticeable, it's manageable. One major downside is the lack of parking. I was led to believe that street parking was available (no parking at unit), but it's RARE to find a spot. I was also advised we could pay for a certain parking lot, but I wasn't informed that it was 15 blocks away, which is not enjoyable walking in the rain. Just wasn't what we expected.

Disappointing

OK property, bed is hard, couch is very uncomfortable and scratchy. Pests inside in kitchen sink and bathroom ( red mites). I asked for a late check out day of departure for noon, was declined. Check in is at 4pm. You would think they would be more accommodating

Great place!

This is really a great space for a couple that enjoys being near the scene but not totally in the middle of the scene. Easy walk to both sides of the island and Duval street. We sat on the front stoop every evening and enjoyed the passersby and traffic. It’s a little noisy from the scooters and golf carts because you are close to the road but it still sleeps comfortably. Nice, cool and dark.Highly recommend using Beth at the concierge service. We had groceries waiting for us and set up a spa day thru her as well. Absolutely love key west and this a great spot to stay!

Blue shutter house

Property was great.....alittle close to neighbors but walk to town which was great. Parking is a huge problem and needs to be stressed alot more and where to park, also beaches are really far away and that needs to be stressed as well. House is not sound proof....people walking up and down street all night, roosters very loud all night and air conditioning unit is very loud.

Stay at 812 Simonton St

Excellent location. Main issues were most windows did not open and most were smoked glass so not much natural light. The bedroom was in the front on a busy street so quite noisy.Overall we loved the location and the process interacting with the property manager.
