航海の装飾が施された落ち着いた色彩がコテージにトロピカルな雰囲気を加えています。   屋内でも屋外でも、リラックスして熱帯地方にいるように感じます。  これは1ベッドルームのコテージですが、リビングルームとキッチンの美しい木製のアーチ型天井と寝室の素敵な高い天井のため、広々と感じます。  堅木張りの床と自然光がたっぷり入る窓。  ダイニングルームに通じる設備の整ったキッチンがあり、調理中に訪れるのに最適です。新しく改装された美しいフルバスルームは、家の中央にある便利なスタンドアップシャワー付きです。

The rental met all our needs and the location was great. The couch was not comfortable but the bed was extremely comfortable. We plan to rent again and I will ask for a blanket to be there as I am always cold and used a beach towel lol. Temperature of 72 was fine for my husband though.

Everything from notifications prior to arrival, to easily extending our stay was outstanding! Whitney made everything so easy for our stay, and I greatly appreciate that. The space was just enough for the two of use and was very central to all there is to see and do in Key West!

The one negative was the pull out sofa. The bed laid slanted downward at the head. My kids had to sleep with the bed at the elevated position. Other than that we had a wonderful time. The location was EXCELLENT.

Stay at 812 Simonton St

Excellent location. Main issues were most windows did not open and most were smoked glass so not much natural light. The bedroom was in the front on a busy street so quite noisy.Overall we loved the location and the process interacting with the property manager.

1year wedding anniversary

We found the tides on Simonton online and booked it immediately. When we arrived, the check-in process was very easy and the location is very nice. We ate down the street at Duffys twice during our stay and it is an amazing place. I highly recommend their prime rib. we will definitely be back
