This is a separate additional fee charge not included in total price which includes cleaning the whole house and all linens(bed sheets, bath, kitchen, and hand towels), 6x bedrooms linens provided in the laundry room for usage. All 10 beds have comforters and pillows made.

1 Bedroom(7th bedroom) converted to a Washer/Dryer room for laundry, extra full refrigerator(drinks), and a standing work space desk for all cleaned/folded linens for usage. Upgraded Utilities: Brand new Washer, Dryer, new Refrigerator, and new oven in Kitchen, new microwave, new HVAC with condenser and furnace, new roof, new windows, new ceiling fans/recess lights, new grill, new outdoor shower, and new light fixtures(w/new electrical panel), and new outdoor shower and plumbing.
