Spacious yet cozy 3 bedroom lower duplex unit located in the beautiful and safe Fulton neighborhood. Just 2 blocks to Lake Harriet, with it's walking paths and bandshell hosting summer concerts. Near Minnehaha Creek, tennis courts, shops, restaurants and walking/biking trails. Short 2 blocks to Broder's Pasta Bar & Cucina Italiana, Tinto Kitchen, TERZO and Sparrow Cafe. Also under 1/2 mile to Colita, Red Wagon Pizza and Cave Vin. Half block to bus line with easy access to downtown.

Whether you want to enjoy a night on the town, relax in the backyard, or settle in and watch a movie on the smart tv, you will enjoy our comfortable home!

There is always ample on-street parking right in front of the home. That said, we offer one off-street parking stall. The neighborhood is very walkable- you are just 3 blocks to an intersection (Penn and 50th) with restaurants, cafes and a great used book store.

The unit was clean, comfortable, and safe. The linens were very nice and our bed was comfortable. Great water pressure for a shower. We did not cook, but I can see that someone could easily prepare a meal if they wanted.Since our trip was to visit a family member in the hospital, this location was perfect for us, as it only took 20-30 minutes to get to U of M Medical Center everyday. That was really great.

My two female cousins and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We loved each having our own bedroom, and the updates and decor were inviting and cozy. We are not seasoned metro drivers, but the location was central to many of the surrounding attractions. The home was stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need! Will stay longer than 2 nights next time!

Clean and convenient

Great stay at this property. It was clean and we had everything we needed including items for our infant. The only thing to be aware of when booking is that there is residents or guests upstairs and the floors are quite thin.

Lovely Lake Harriet home

Really nice home very close to Lake Harriet! Amazing backyard, lovingly cared-for interior, plenty of useful stuff for kids like toys, high chair, booster, pack and play, etc. You couldn't pick a better area in SW Minneapolis. Try Broders, Sebastian Joe's, and Le Burger while you're here, and definitely enjoy the walk to the lake!

Great Place in a Great Location!

My family enjoyed our stay during spring break. The house was in a great location, in a very cute neighborhood. If the weather was nicer, we would've loved to walk over to a coffee shop or to a restaurant. The home was clean and had all of the comforts of home. Hosts were very friendly and communicative. Would definitely stay again!

Great place for family vacation!

We absolutely loved staying here – it was perfect for our family of four. Everything was beautifully designed and it had everything we needed, from the basics to great details (like hampers, fans, luggage racks, and kids dishes). Our kids loved the selection of books and toys. We hope to stay here again!

My daughter's birthday

My family came to Minneapolis to celebrate our daughter's birthday and were looking for a quiet, cozy place and this did not disappoint! Cute, cozy, and well appointed! Very nicely layed out kitchen with enough room to congregate and make dinner. Comfortable beds and a quiet neighborhood .

Wonderful property

We absolutely loved our stay!

The pictures don't do the property justice. So comfortable and very pleasingly decorated. As former Twin City residents, we know the area and couldn't believe our luck when we came across this listing. This is a location that can't be passed up. Especially if you like to bike. Minneapolis Family reunion

This property is absolutely amazing!!! Very clean, walkable to many restaurants/shops, great interior design with ample indoors and outdoor spaces. The host has excellent communication skills and went out of her way to accommodate multiple last minute requests/changes due to a family death. I’ve stayed in many properties in Minneapolis and this one was by far my favorite. I hope to be back soon and stay longer.

Cute house. Perfect location!

The family and I needed a place to stay for a short business trip. We previously lived in a nearby neighborhood and wanted the familiarity. The house was super cute and as advertised. The bedroom and bathroom set up was perfect for having 2 kids under 2. The host checked in with us during our stay and ensured we had everything we needed. The location was exactly what we wanted…walkable to coffee, food and the lake! The neighborhood was nice and quiet and the small touches, like the tulips in the front garden, was fabulous. We will be back to MN for more visits and will absolutely stay here again!

Cute and Cozy

The house is very cute and was very functional. It had more of a lived in feel than a just set up as a rental feels. There were baind-aids, books, magazines, kid’s toys, ample pillows and blankets, kid’s shampoo, shaving cream, olive oil, etc. Basically all the little things I didn’t bring were already there. There were also dark shades in all of the rooms, plus curtains in the “kid’s” room. It is part of a duplex and this unit is on the first floor. The other unit is upstairs so there is some noise from the upstairs (nothing loud, but regular there is someone above me noise). I love this part of town, the older houses are very charming. We were easily able to walk to lake Harriet. The kitchen is small but was laid out in a way that I always had plenty of counter space. We were very happy in the space.

We are Karen and Rebecca- we live in the neighborhood and are available to make sure your stay is a success! Although new at this venture, we love to travel and have often stayed in various vacation rentals.

Our hobbies include travel, gardening, playing with our dogs and visiting some of Minneapolis' treasures (Mpls Institute of Art, Walker Art Center, Theodore Wirth Park, etc.)

Why they chose this property

The location is our greatest feature, we know because we live just one block away! The neighborhood is very family-friendly, walkable and offers a mix of architectural styles, including smaller homes and large mansions near Lake Harriet, just 2.5 blocks away. Minnehaha Creek is winding through the area about 3-4 blocks south, and has foot paths if you want to enjoy some quiet nature nearby. Downtown Linden Hills is a 20 minute walk northwest, and offers a library, more trendy restaurants, shops and a bakery. The nearest grocery store is Lunds & Byerlys and is about a 20 minute walk/5 minute drive straight west at the vibrant 50th and France area of Edina. You can also find many great shops and restaurants there. We love living here and know you will enjoy your stay.
