3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, 2 car garage, within walking distance from the amenities which include the pool, hot-tub, workout room, and tennis court, with a secluded backyard. The lanai is to enjoy. The house has a full kitchen equipped with a stove/ oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The neighborhood is quiet and very friendly. Minutes away from outlet shopping, and hospital. Twenty minute drive to beaches. Ten minutes away from the airport.

We needed a property quickly due to a family member being mediflighted to the local hospital. We were so fortunate to find this property. It was so close to the hospital and had so many food and shopping areas within a few minute drive. All of the community amenities looked amazing. The host was incredible! Once she was made aware of our situation, she reached out and went above and beyond to accommodate us. I can’t say enough wonderful things. This is a great property with plenty of space and so convenient to many things. I highly recommend!

Quiet amid the chaos

Fort Myers during spring break/training is a maelstrom of visitors, so it was especially gratifying to have such a calm getaway right in the middle of it. Mahasti’s charming home is walking distance from Twins camp, plus a slew of restaurants, pubs, shops and a Whole Foods, and less than five miles from Red Sox camp. Perfect! The house was clean and well-stocked, and Mahasti answered all queries right away. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (and 2 dining rooms, oddly) make it great for groups. We’ll be back!
