This adorable carriage house, part of Worth the Wait Cottage in Watercolor, can be rented separately in the off season. It is in the perfect location. It is in the heart of Watercolor and just steps away from the bike path access to Seaside, the best of both worlds! Enjoy all the amenities in Watercolor . the Beach Club with its new renovation right on the beach. Or maybe spend the day at Camp Watercolor with its new lazy river and slides. Then come in and enjoy your home away from home- it will become your Happy Place as well:)
The entrance to the carriage is at the rear of the home. The open floor plan has a living area with a sectional sofa and sleeper sofa and full kitchen complete with aqua refrigerator and vintage farmhouse sink that will make you swoon. Separate bedroom with king size bed and bathroom with shower and tub. It also has its own washer and dryer.
