Welcome to our modern cabin in Ucluelet!

SITKA CABIN: Our property is located just a short walk away from the beach, and walking distance to everything in Ucluelet. We have designed our cabins to maximize the efficiency of 400 square feet, while still providing all the amenities you need to make your stay enjoyable. Our cabins feature an outdoor shower, modern kitchen, private deck, lots of windows and an extra large skylight to keep the space bright and give a feeling of being immersed in nature. Enjoy the breathtaking covered outdoor deck space perched amongst the tree canopy with ocean, mountain, and forest top views. Perfect for small families or a few adults, this creative two story design makes what we believe is the most thoughtful use of space, with two bedrooms on the main level - one with a queen bed and a sliding glass door that leads to the outdoor shower, and the other with a bunk bed (double bed and twin bed). When you stay in our cabins, you will be able to enjoy the beauty of nature while still having the convenience of being in brand new construction with luxuries of the modern day living. Come stay with us and experience Ucluelet in all its glory!

* Please note that in order maximize this space, we have limited storage space such as closets and large furniture like dressers – in favor of wall hooks and under bed drawer storage. A waterproof cabinet bench by the front door allows for more storage (bags, boots etc.).
The cabin is surrounded by mature trees on an acre plus waterfront property.
Waterfront Access: While the cabin itself is not directly on the waterfront, there is a small waterfront area just a few steps away where you can enjoy views of wildlife and passing boats. It’s located to the left of the main house.
EV charger onsite: 1 level 2 Tesla charging station shared between 4 cabins
Just a heads-up: this unit does not have a washer or dryer. However, there is a local laundromat in town that you’re welcome to use.

Nootka Cabin is located on an acre of land with three additional cabins in addition to the main house where the owners reside. Sitka, Nootka, Orca & Eagle Cabin are all available to rent. If you are a group looking to book all the cabins please contact Tofino Vacation Rentals directly.

Host rules:
Guest max: 3 adults or a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 small children)
During peak summer season (June 15 - Sept 15), 3 night minimum and all bookings must be back-to-back to avoid gaps.
3 night minimum stay for all Canadian Statutory Holidays
Strict Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am - please be respectful of the neighbours and locals!
1 dog only (max) under 40lbs allowed after owner approval. Sorry, not cats allowed!
Cancellation Policy: We offer a 30 day cancellation policy. If you provide us with the 30 days required notice you will receive a full refund. If you cancel without the required 30 days notice you will not receive a refund for your reservation.

The cabin was spotless when I arrived, and was exactly as described on the website. Perfect for my pet friendly getaway, away from the busy noise of life. Great location, out of the way of town and the hustle, but still close enough to walk everywhere I needed to go. Close to the Wild Pacific Trail and everything Ukee has to offer. Bonus having Mint Cleaning amenities in the suite! Will definitely be back, and can't wait to book with TVR again!

Nice little cottage

Nice, modern, well-equipped property in a quiet neighborhood. The unit we stayed in was a little small, so pack lightly because there is zero closet space. Overall, while this was the priciest of accommodations on our two-week vacation to British Columbia (I believe you can save money by booking directly with this property), we enjoyed our time in Ucluelet.

The property is in a great location to get to trails in Ucluelet and a short drive to Tofino. As others have mentioned, it is a tiny home and there isn't any storage. lots of hooks on the walls though. The posted photos clearly show exactly what the interior looks like. Very clean place and loved the toiletries in the shower (body wash, shampoo, conditioner). I don't think I've ever seen a VRBO property with so many towels! Lovely bedding also. Be aware the mattresses are memory foam.

Our Review of small Cabin Modern

Hi, the first impression was great I think mainly that was due to the near perfect condition of the cottage being nearly brand new. But the following was a bit of a letdown after 3 nights at the place. While everything was there, clean and well-appointed something were not that great. 1. No place to hang a jacket; a couple of hooks will be nice. 2. Because it is a small Cottage even shoes etc. will be in the way. 3. No place to put a suitcase except on the floor tripping hazard. 4. Ventilation in bedrooms non existing needed to have external door open. 5. Heating (very Hot) unit in Living room started to melted our travel cooler (It is to low and could cause a fire) luckily we smelled the smoke. Should be relocated or something (Gage) to prevent anything close to it. 6. While the Faucets and all other fixtures are cool looking and modern that does not mean practical/ convenient or pleasant. 7. The Bathtub is like a box, narrow with no rounded inside corners or a sloped area at the head site. It is absolutely not comfortable and you are glad to get out of it as soon as possible. 8. Now the TV, 2 remotes only one works (the small one) there is no manual for it, you get a lot of possibilities none work only the Roku TV it did cost me many hours to find what works the last day I had it figured out. MANUAL PLEASE.
