This is a one a kind Designer decorated NEWLY BUILT 2BR/2BTH Townhouse which is WALKING distance from Universal! Nothing else like this exists on the market in terms of quality AND location to Universal & also Hollywood which is only 6 minutes away! This location is one of the few in LA that doesn't need a car although you do have a private garage for parking. High end furniture, design, and bedding make this the place for the pickiest of guests.

This is a beautiful property and the communication with the host was on point. There were several places to eat within walking distance and a grocery store less than a mile down the road.

Shawn was very accommodating and responds quickly. I love how close it is to universal studios. Whether you decide to walk (about 15 minutes) or take an Uber for about 10, you still save on paying for parking at universal of 40.

Beautiful home! Great and attentive host! We were welcomed by the large garage which fit our minivan perfectly. The home was easily accessible and very clean. The kitchen is pristine and had all the necessary cooking supplies. We enjoyed the living room and large laundry toom. The baedroom were clean with beautiful decor and comfy beds. The private bathrooms were a huge plus...very close to universal studios. We LOVE this home. We would love to return when in the area.

Great location for our universal studios stay. The home is really nice and had the things we needed to stay comfortably. We did opt to park at the studios parking garage but only because we figured after a long day of walking we would be too tired to walk back in the evening. Personally for us Glad we did. But if you are young and physically fit you can walk it just fine. The street is a bit busy but that wasn’t a worry as the location was great and the home was beautiful.

Universal vacation

The place was amazing. It was our first trip to Universal studios and staying there just made it that much more of a great trip. Beautiful house all amenities and exactly as site said it was. Will definitely use them again on our next family vacation.
