This place was so nice and it worked beautifully for our family of 6. The owner really went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The pool was a nice perk for the kids… and it was very clean. Overall, we’d happily recommend this apartment and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Ok place on a budget

The area was fine, easy to get around, close to the highways, lots of restaurants in the area. The apartment is an older complex, it does need some maintenance. The furnishings were very simple/basic. Things like better towels, body soap and shampoo would make the stay better.

I was very pleased with my short stay! It’s quiet and safe here. I am single and travelled alone. The facility is very well maintained. Cleanliness is great! Convenient location to downtown

We were staying in Dallas for 1 night to visit the Dallas Arboretum. Thank you so much for the 3 free tickets that came with the VRBO. We also visited Klyde Warren Park and were only 8 minutes from the park. This was great since we had three children under 6 years old with us. The apartment was nice and clean except for some mildew in the grout in the shower. We appreciated our stay and convenience of everything. Communication was easy with the owner.

Clean and great location

This apartment was beautiful and clean. We were very happy with it. The host met us at the Arboretum as promised and paid for our entrance. However, it is unfortunate but the neighborhood is sketchy. The first night after we drove through the gated entrance, a man snuck through with a large item hidden under his jacket, and hurried through the lot and jumped the back fence. The second night there was a total ruckus at midnight with multiple police cars out front and one in the parking lot with policemen questioning people.
