Welcome to The Contemporary and enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home. Designed with tranquility and comfort in mind, The Contemporary is a minimal modern hideaway located in the heart of Tucson, minutes from the University of Arizona and urban shopping and dining downtown.

The Contemporary is intended for relaxation, providing an ideal setting for you to unwind and recharge after exploring and venturing out in the city. The home sits within a peaceful residential neighborhood in central Tucson. It's great for those seeking a quiet retreat that is still within minutes of popular destinations, such as Tucson Mall, Saguaro National Park, DMAFB, University of Arizona, and downtown Tucson.

Originally built in the 1960's, this house has been lovingly transformed into a modern desert hideaway. The 2-bedroom, 1-bath home comfortably sleeps five. Each bedroom features a brand new memory foam, queen-sized bed, and the couch transforms into an additional bed. Large windows and sliding glass doors bring natural light into every room.

With the outdoor living area, including a covered patio for outdoor dining, there's no shortage of space for lounging around. At night, enjoy the warm southwest climate and catch one of Tucson's beautiful sunsets or stargaze under the open desert sky.

The Contemporary is the perfect haven for those seeking a relaxing, quiet retreat or romantic getaway.

Absolutely adorable home. Loved the shower layour and the decor is extremely stylish/ comforting. Mattresses were firm and plenty of pillows. Host was fantastic.

Calm & quiet!

Stayed a few days to settle our son at U of A. Home is in a residential neighborhood, v quiet, ten minutes from campus. Place is as soothing as pictures look. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, TV works. Washer dryer located on outside patio; there’s an outdoor table & chairs, patio is pretty basic. AC worked decently well at 105 degree temps! Neighbors have a dog that barks otherwise v quiet, highly recommend!

Bright and clean inside

This unit was bright and clean inside. We found the outside and the neighborhood a bit dark and depressing. The patio area was very bare and not appealing to use. The neighbor’s dog barked at any sound or movement outside. The couch and kitchen chairs were not very comfortable. The bed was good and very comfortable and we used the place just as a base at night. We did not feel comfortable walking in the neighborhood. We did enjoy quick access to downtown Tucson and to other activities in the Tucson area.
