What an amazing property this turned out to be. I had the opportunity to purchase this home in 2020, and we gave it a full renovation including raising it up 5 feet to protect from flooding. Caroline Street is probably the 2nd most notable street in Key West behind Duval, and the location is just unbelievable. It is about as close as you can get to the Seaport where all the best restaurants are, and just a couple blocks from Duval.
We spent a year and a half renovating it, and everything is brand new. There is some original wood in the bones in the home. You can also see some of the original heart pine in the walls and ceilings in the home. No expense was spared, and I think there are some pretty cool pieces of art and furniture.
