It's a lovely apartment walking distance to everything in Venice. It had everything we needed, including a washer and dryer that worked well. The cute alleyway it was located off of was an added "Venice" bonus!

Paola the owner was wonderful and very organized from communication to helping the family make arrangements for our transfer into the city center and airport. Wonderful 3 bedroom apartment with well appointed kitchen and bathrooms. Exactly perfect for 5 nights for 4 adults and 2 teenage girls. We hated to leave. Paola was a wonderful host and we used her recommendations for ristorantes and found them spot on. An exceptional property and host.

Paola was a great host. The apartment was fantastic. Great location and 2 minute walk from Saint Marks square. Although she was on vacation, she had a friend welcome us to the apartment. We loved this place!

I have nothing bad to say, the check in was easy, the check out was easy, the location is amazing. The beds are comfortable! Paola was super helpful and also helped us with water taxi arrangements when we left. This was very useful and made everything easy. Lots of space, we stayed as a family of 6 and had a great time. Washer and dryer worked great as well which was a plus. Would definitely stay here again!

Very convenient and close to San Marco. Lovely apartment with water taxi landing just steps from the front door. Paola organized private water taxis to take us to the apartment and to the Venice airport.

Perfect location

We loved our stay in Venice. The apartment is a perfect location, so close to all the major sites. Paola is very helpful and communicates quickly. You can watch the gondola’s float by from the kitchen and a bedroom window and the beds!!! The most comfortable beds we stayed in our entire trip to Italy. I highly recommend this apartment

Amazing Apartment

Paola’s communication was outstanding and made our trip seamless. Her property was in a great location, with easy access to all our family needed. The kitchen was well stocked and were above expectations, as cooking utensils, basic spices, and even coffee were provided. The bathrooms had toiletries including shampoo and conditioner. The laundry area had detergent and softener, making washing clothes easy. Paola met with us upon arrival, explained how to use everything in the apartment, and was quick to respond when we asked for help with shopping for a specific item.It was a a perfect start to our vacation in Italy.

My name is Paola and I have been living here in Venice since 1983, when I arrived from Rome to reach my mother, Filippa, who had moved because of her job. Here I attended high school and college, graduating in History of Art. I was immediately fallen in love with Venice and so I decided to live here even after the end of my studies. that's why I am still here and I'm always confident and happy with my choice!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The apartment belonged to my mother who bought it in 2005 because it was a few steps from the house where I live today with my husband Renato. I am very attached to this apartment and the San Marco area where I spent the years of my youth happy and carefree. Despite the inevitable and continuous transformations, the area of San Marco with its beautiful square, its museums and its ancient monuments preserves the infinite charm of a unique city.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The strengths of the apartment are to be found in the center position, the layout of the rooms (the 3 bedrooms are not neighbors in order to guarantee a good privacy to all guests) and size (126 square feet), making it ideal for a large family or a group of friends. From the windows of the kitchen and the master bedroom you can stop to observe the slow passage of gondolas on the canal of San Moisé.
