Vivir la experiencia Venecia en el departamento de Paola fue realmente maravilloso. Arreglado con muy buen gusto y en una ubicación magnífica a pasos de San Marcos, te regala la vista de góndolas pasando a la vista desde tus ventanas. Recomendadosimo Cómodamente ubicados 5 adultos y 4 niños Gracias Paola

Fantastico!!!

Pasamos tres dias en junio, el apartamento no decepciona. Tiene todas las comodidades necesarias. Limpio y muy bien decorado. Muy bien situado a 5min de la Plaza San Marco y poco más del puente de Rialto. Es muy fácil llegar, está muy bien comunicado con el Vaporeto en la parada Vallareso. Paola encatadora, muy amable y atenta.

Excelente!!!

Hemos pasado 3 días excelentes en Venecia. Fabuloso apartamento, igual que en las fotos. Espacioso, cómodo, muy limpio, bien equipado y bien decorado. A sólo 5 minutos a pie de la plaza de San Marcos y a 10 minutos del puente de Rialto. Zona muy tranquila, con una encantadora placita muy cerca de la entrada principal, por dónde pasan las góndolas desde primera hora de la mañana. Cerca del vaporetto de San Marco - Vallaresso. Totalmente recomendable. Gracias por la hospitalidad Paola!!!

Wonderful spot amazingly close to Piazza San Marco with a little supermarket down the alley way, food and shops just nearby.But still so quiet at night when you need your sleep after a busy day.So much to see so little time Venice you were amazing just like our Host Cannot recommend highly enough the perfect base for a Venice holiday.See you again soon

It was amazing how close this was to San Marcos Square! Our hostess, Paola permitted us to store our luggage prior to check in as we arrived prior to check in. The bedroom near the bathroom with the enclosed shower has a window over a quiet alleyway, which is great for sleeping! Other guests have left items which is very, very helpful. Such as, body, lotion, shampoo, etc. although the hostess also provides some of those items. The bed was super comfortable, and there was plenty of room for storage in the first bedroom near the front door. The kitchen was beyond fully equipped and other guests have left things such as butter, condiment, etc., which was very helpful.Paola sat with us giving us all kinds of information which was invaluable. She has a wonderful binder with everything a visitor would need to know while in Venice. She also arranged for our water taxi from the airport to the apartment, and from the apartment to the cruise port when we departed. The living room was spacious and lovely. The second bedroom was large again with plenty of storage. The second bathroom was larger than the first however, my only recommendation would be to put up some kind of shower curtain or enclosure as this bathroom has a bathtub with a handheld shower, but nothing to protect the floor.There is a washer and dryer, which was very helpful. We couldn’t believe that after arriving by Water Taxi, we probably walked less than 15 steps and we were at the front door! This was a great find!

Paola the owner was wonderful and very organized from communication to helping the family make arrangements for our transfer into the city center and airport. The apartment location and size is perfect for our family of 7. The apartment is in the heart of the St. Marco square so getting around to all the top attracations so convenient.

Exceeded All Expectations

Wonderful 3 bedroom apartment with well appointed kitchen and bathrooms. Exactly perfect for 5 nights for 4 adults and 2 teenage girls. We hated to leave. Paola was a wonderful host and we used her recommendations for ristorantes and found them spot on. An exceptional property and host.

Amazing Apartment

Paola’s communication was outstanding and made our trip seamless. Her property was in a great location, with easy access to all our family needed. The kitchen was well stocked and were above expectations, as cooking utensils, basic spices, and even coffee were provided. The bathrooms had toiletries including shampoo and conditioner. The laundry area had detergent and softener, making washing clothes easy. Paola met with us upon arrival, explained how to use everything in the apartment, and was quick to respond when we asked for help with shopping for a specific item.It was a a perfect start to our vacation in Italy.

Right in the Midst of it All

This property is so very convenient. It is beautifully decorated. Right on a canal. Comfortable beds. In the heart of San Marco. Great floorplan. Excellent host. Hope to be back some day!

A gem in a beautiful quiet neighborhood

This was a wonderful place to stay. Our host communicated and helped us throughout our visit. Check in was easy, but despite Paola's excellent directions, the water taxi from the airport did not drop us at the right place. She had explained Google maps was not helpful but we were able to find the apartment by using Apple Maps. We were able to store our luggage and just explore until it was time to check in. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms (and the AC!) Were very welcomed by my grown sons and my husband. There was room to spread out for my family of five and the views from the windows were beautiful. When our boat tour suddenly cancelled, our hostess offered us several other boating options even though this was no fault of hers! There were guidebooks, maps and restaurant suggestions at the apartment. When it came time to leave she even booked a taxi for us back to the airport. That one picked us up (on time!) where we should have been dropped off to start with. It was literally outside our door. A fabulous end to a fabulous stay!

A lovely stay

The apartment was excellent for our family of 4. It is very well equipped and in a very convenient location. Checkin and communication was excellent. We would definitely stay here again if returning to Venice.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist fantastisch, mittendrin und alles in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen: im Bad war alles da was man braucht (Handtücher, Fön, Klopapier, Pflegeprodukte,...) und ebenso in der Küche, Gewürze, Essig/Öl, Kaffee, Spülmittel,... Es ist sehr gemütlich, mit schönen Lampen, Kissen, vielen Büchern und Bildbänden, Informationen zu Venedig,... Paola ist sehr hilfsbereit und wohnt direkt nebenan. Wir hatten zuerst ein Problem mit dem Wasser, das nicht heiß wurde, Paola hat sich sofort gekümmert und das Problem wurde schnell gelöst. Rundum ist eine sehr große Auswahl an tollen Geschäften und Restaurants.

Amazing

Paola our host was great. She went above and beyond what was expected. The apartment was equipped with everything you would need. Including several different types of coffee machines, a kettle and teapot and soda stream. The apartment was immaculately clean . All amenities were supplied. The location was central to so many attractions in the area. If you are looking for superior accommodation in Venice..this is the place. No hesitation would return in a heartbeat. What a great experience.. Thanks.

My name is Paola and I have been living here in Venice since 1983, when I arrived from Rome to reach my mother, Filippa, who had moved because of her job. Here I attended high school and college, graduating in History of Art. I was immediately fallen in love with Venice and so I decided to live here even after the end of my studies. that's why I am still here and I'm always confident and happy with my choice!

The apartment belonged to my mother who bought it in 2005 because it was a few steps from the house where I live today with my husband Renato. I am very attached to this apartment and the San Marco area where I spent the years of my youth happy and carefree. Despite the inevitable and continuous transformations, the area of San Marco with its beautiful square, its museums and its ancient monuments preserves the infinite charm of a unique city.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The strengths of the apartment are to be found in the center position, the layout of the rooms (the 3 bedrooms are not neighbors in order to guarantee a good privacy to all guests) and size (126 square feet), making it ideal for a large family or a group of friends. From the windows of the kitchen and the master bedroom you can stop to observe the slow passage of gondolas on the canal of San Moisé.
