Gulf-view townhome on Galveston's quiet West End, two levels, three full bathrooms, and less than 75 yards to one of the most uncrowded stretches of beach on the island. Guests consistently call it a true 2-minute walk. We call it the whole point.

THE BEACH
Karankawa Beach is pedestrian-only, no cars, no golf carts. Wide, clean, calm. Your kids can walk it safely. Your morning coffee can happen on the deck while you watch the water. The beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, boogie board, and sand toys are all here waiting.

THE HOT TUB
Private, tucked on the lower deck, Gulf views. Guests say sitting in it under the stars is the highlight of the trip. It's the most-mentioned amenity, and the reason several guests have come back more than once.

THE SPACE
King primary suite with Gulf views, premium linens, blackout curtains, and a dedicated coffee station, because you shouldn't have to be functional before your first cup. Three full bathrooms across two levels means no morning standoffs. In-unit washer and dryer handles the sandy aftermath.

The kitchen is well-equipped for real cooking. Bring your favorite groceries and you'll have what you need. Drip coffee, pod coffee, blender for frozen drinks.

Full-size arcade machine with 400+ games upstairs. Rainy day, late night, or a dad pretending it's for the kids, it handles all three.

THE LOGISTICS

Relaxing week!

We really enjoyed our week vacation! The place was absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. Loved the fully stocked kitchen and available beach accessories and the amazing hot tub! Easy access to everything but for enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet and beautiful views. We definitely look forward to returning!

Birthday Weekend Getaway

This property was amazing for a couples getaway. It was clean and very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The bonus was definitely the hot tub on the deck with the amazing beach views. And having the beach, store and food all in walking distances were added treats! Would love to come back!

Amazing beachfront rental

I’ve been to Galveston annually since I was a kid and have stayed in many locations; homes , hotels , condos etc and this was by far my favorite place to stay . It’s away from all the loud and chaos of the sea wall with an amazing view of the ocean ! Place was clean and comfortable def the feel of home away from home !!! No complaints

Easy, convenient, nice amenities

The house was cozy, great size for a small family. It was just me and my son, but good for a family of 3-4. The hot tub was a nice touch amenity, as was the arcade game in the living room area. Check in and check out was super easy, just a code to get in and out. House was clean except for some dishes down deeper in the stack had some residue on them, just washed in dishwasher and it was fine. Would definitely stay here again. Short walk to the beach.

Close walk to the beach. The host was very responsive to our questions. I was looking for a house but this is more of a condo. We lost power while there for several hours. Was quite hot! Beach amenities were not taken care of by last guest. The property is a little older and well used, but overall it was ok.

Amazing place for couples and family!

My husband and I had our honeymoon here! We loved the place, it was cozy and private, it was equipped with everything we would need, we loved the hot tub and just hanging out on the decks. I got lots of sun on the lounge chair outside, and I could hear and see the ocean. Super quick walk to the beach. My husband loved the arcade game upstairs. The washer and dryer was great to have too. Check in and check out were super easy. We went twice to Coopers Landing and had lunch at the Watermans Marina. The guidebook from our hosts was super helpful and informative. I noticed the house was well equipped for children as well and we might have to come back when we have kids! Thank you for welcoming us to your little spot of paradise!

Top Notch Stay

My sisters and I had a fantastic stay. The hosts truly thought of everything! The home is beautiful and fully/thoughtfully stocked. Communication was excellent, and our inquiries were promptly addressed. The two bedrooms were comfortable, and the hot tub added a special touch to our experience. While the waves were too rough for beach activities (rain was in the forecast the next day), we still enjoyed the lovely views and soothing sounds of the water from both decks. It was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of Galveston, yet close enough to conveniently get to wherever we wanted to go within the city. There were mosquitoes one night / morning huddled by the front entrance, but they were gone the next day. Overall, I was impressed and would highly recommend this rental to anyone.

Needed Getaway

Overall everything was exactly what we were needing/wanting for our Holiday. Location was perfect, walks on the beach were wonderful (especially when we followed up with sitting in the Hot Tub), the sounds of the waves from the deck were relaxing indeed. Arcade was fun and the fireplace gave us a wonderful background. Check in had a hiccup because the door code did not work but the host was great and got us in within 20 minutes. Outlets on one side did not work but we just moved the coffee maker and toaster to the other side so no big deal. Exiting the unit to the outside stairs is a bit of a challenge for some because the handrail is lower, this would be our only concern/complaint, but once we figured it out my mom adapted and all was fine. Seriously, the family has made this unit stunning, very welcoming, decor is spot on, it really has a home away from home feeling. Thank you!

Most guests choose us because they want the Gulf of Mexico without the chaos. This townhome sits in a quiet cul-de-sac in Jamaica Beach on Galveston's West End, a residential, family-friendly pocket where the beach stays clean and the traffic stays low.

You're less than 75 yards from the water. The beach here is pedestrian-only, no cars, no golf carts, so the walk is calm and safe for all ages. Guests with young kids, strollers, and wagons love this. So do couples who just want to walk to the water at sunrise without dodging anyone.

The hot tub, the uncrowded beach, and the fact that everything is already here, beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, boogie board, sand toys, are the three reasons guests keep returning. Several have come back more than once. That tells us more than any algorithm does.
