Our team did attempt to address the problem during the holiday weekend, and we will follow up with maintenance and the owner to prevent this from happening again. We will update the listing to clearly note that there is a third bathroom downstairs and to better describe the bunk area — it is an open bunk space without curtains and may not meet all guests’ expectations for a private bedroom. The sewage backup is unacceptable; we have alerted our maintenance team to investigate and repair the plumbing right away so this does not happen again.
