It is less than 15 minutes to Main Street Cooperstown and The National Baseball Hall of Fame. Located in a rural setting with a large yard. It features a covered entry porch with a peaceful valley view.

It has a large eat-in kitchen and a bedroom with 1 queen bed and a queen sleeper futon. It is suitable for 1 - 2 adults and 1 or 2 children, seeking economical lodging.

Note: Your host lives nearby in the attached Main House, and is nearby if you need any assistance.

Great stay

Perfect place to stay for Dreams Park. You avoid the traffic because you are on the “right” side of the park. Very nice hosts who provide a lot of information about the area.

This is a wonderful QUIET apartment/in-law on a real farm in upstate NY. The owners are kind and friendly and the location/proximity to Cooperstown Dream Park is unparalleled.

Amazing Family, Amazing Housing

The Kesseler apartment is tucked away to on the outskirts of Cooperstown. The location is nice and quiet and invites a lot of beautiful scenery throughout the day. We really enjoyed our hosts and our time in their house.

Perfect location for Dreams Park

If you’re looking for a quaint rental for 2 people (maybe a 3rd if child) - AND your son is playing at Dreams Park- then this is the perfect place to be! Such friendly hosts. To top it off it is so economical. Come and check it out yourself.

Kessler Apartment

We loved our stay at the Kessler apartment! The Kessler were so welcoming and did everything they could to ensure we had a comfortable stay. For us, being close to Dreams Park was our top priority. It was a 5 minute drive to the park and so convenient to downtown Cooperstown. Getting to stay at a charming farmhouse and meeting the Kesslers really added to our overall wonderful experience in Cooperstown!

Lovely quiet relaxing place after days at the park

Wonderful apartment close to Cooperstown Dreams Park. This apartment is so close you can literally go back and forth between games for lunch and break as as needed, yet also close enough for visiting the village. We were nervous about the weather since we hate the heat and we were nervous that there was a window a/c unit- but it was wonderful and worked so well. We had fun being able to save money and cook meals while also experiencing baseball games! The Kessler’s are wonderful hosts and we loved their knowledge of the area and the cookies!

It was so comfortable staying here. Our room was clean, we had plenty of space, and we were only 5 mins away from Cooperstown dreams park where our son played. This made it so convenient to go back and forth between rain delays as well as games a few hours apart. I can not say enough good things about Our host. She was so kind, she made sure we were comfortable and helped us with everything from advice where to eat and find groceries for the kitchen we were happy to have/use, down to having chairs to take to the park with us and umbrellas we needed! It was a delight to stay at the Kessler Apt.

I picked the perfect place with the best host. It was wonderful.

the host was so wonderful. she welcomed us into her home and life forever. the property is amazing. The peace and quiet of a beautiful 110-acre farm were everything I was looking for. The property is a short drive to Cooperstown Dream Park, only 2.5 miles away, and off the main road where I did not see or hear another car until my last day there. It's an easy drive back and forth to the ballpark to see my son play ball. I enjoyed the time spent with the host, sharing conversations with about her life, the history of the home and property, hearing and seeing just how wonderful the community is. The surrounding community is so kind and welcoming, it felt like being at home with family everywhere we went, but especially at the Kessler's. I am so thankful for making the perfect pick. there is no better way to enjoy and the spectacular beauty and warm hospitality of upstate NY than with the Kessler's. I hope to return one day soon. I had an outstanding experience with my son in Cooperstown and the Kessler's were a major part of it. Thank you so very much for the experience of a lifetime.
