76 Baseball Apartment - DOWNTOWN COOPERSTOWN - Convenient location to all that the Village of Cooperstown has to offer. A short walk to the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Main Street where there are plenty of shops and restaurants to explore. Walk to town, grab some sandwiches and enjoy them at lakefront park overlooking the crystal clear waters of Otsego Lake. The grocery store is also very convenient, walkable, or just a short drive.

This apartment is part of a large historic Victorian home in the Cooperstown Village, a nod to times of the past with modern updates. Updated in Spring 2021, freshly painted, new appliances, and new furnishings. This cute village apartment is a great way to enjoy Cooperstown NY with convenience and ease.

Located on the first floor with a beautiful private front porch perfect for enjoying the morning sun. Inside this cozy space, there is an efficient kitchen with laundry, as well as a comfortable living room. Beautiful original woodwork, hardwood floors, and large windows showcase craftsmanship from long ago. A true Cooperstown Classic.

Enjoy the large open yard and barbecue grill as you unwind after a long day of exploring the area. There is off-street parking for one car.

Cooperstown gem

The baseball apartment was perfect for the two of us. It could work for a family with small children, but would require using the pull-out couch. We loved the baseball-themed artwork, and baseball wallpaper in the bathroom. While we didn't have the opportunity to meet our hosts, Pete and MJ, they were very communicative in advance, and provided us their cell numbers and direct email if we needed anything during our stay. The apartment is in walking distance of the adorable downtown and the Baseball Hall of Fame. Our car remained parked except for a few hours when we left Cooperstown proper to see some local attractions that were farther away. I would stay here again.

Suited our needs

Location is perfect. It is small, especially the shower. Pete responded promptly when needed for a few questions. Must go to Hawkeye Bar & Grill, best burgers we ever had, smash and steakhouse being the favorite of the two. Toscana is excellent for an italian dinner. Baseball hall of fame and museums, all close by and enjoyable.

Great place, walking distance from downtown

Cute little place with comfy bed & pullout. Great baseball themes with just about everything you'd need for a trip to the Hall of Fame. Pete was very accommodating, and the location can't be beat! We were able to walk to downtown whenever we wanted.

Perfect! Cozy, quiet, clean. Close to everything.

We had a wonderful stay at the Baseball Apartment. Reasonable rate, clean, and comfortable. Close to everything. Hosts were very responsive. Pete’s immediate attention to an unexpected minor inconvenience puts him in the outstanding host category. You will be pleased if you stay here.

Lovely Stay in Cooperstown

Great apartment

Cute baseball-themed apartment in walking distance to the Hall of Fame and all of downtown Cooperstown attractions. The apartment was clean and attached to a beautiful Victorian house. The owners were friendly and attentive. Would definitely stay here again if I had the opportunity.

A home run!

My friend and I had a wonderful time in Cooperstown and this sweet place make it perfect. Peter & MJ are terrific hosts and are so friendly and accommodating. The apartment is an easy walk to the village center, the lakeshore, and beautiful neighborhoods. It was comfortable, clean, and all that the two of us needed. Thank you! It was an ideal half way spot between Buffalo and Hartford so now my friend and I have a great place to meet for a weekend getaway.

Perfect location!

Such a cute and quaint apartment with ALL the amenities! My son and I stayed during his brother’s tournament, and we really enjoyed ourselves. The owner was extremely nice! It’s the perfect location - with an easy walk into town and a quick drive to Dreams Park.

Location, location, location!

This place was perfect for me and my daughter to stay while my husband and son stayed at Dreams Park. It was a quick, easy ride to the ballpark and beautiful, short walk to all the shops, restaurants, and Hall of Fame located on the Main Street. We loved sitting on the front porch and the “main character” vibes the house and town gave off! Owners were super friendly and everything we needed was provided!

Great Cooperstown Stay!

Stayed six nights in this great Cooperstown baseball apartment in May of 2023. Super nice owners offered anything we might need, but we needed nothing. Nice walk to downtown and the Baseball Hall of Fame. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Cooperstown Lodging

From start to finish our stay at this Cooperstown NY location was fantastic. The owners were very gracious and did a great job with communication leading up to our stay and during our stay. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a private apartment that is part of a beautiful older home in a great location! Easy walking distance to the heart of Cooperstown which features great restaurants and shops. A superb vacation location. We hope we can return!

Great location, beautiful home

We had a great time. Location is wonderful - it’s about a half mile or so walk to downtown and the museum. We chose to walk most days so that we didn’t have to pay for parking. Hosts were wonderful and responsive. Apartment had everything that we needed. Town and area were beautiful.

Loved our Stay!

What a great place to stay in Cooperstown! The "apartment" is attached to the owner's lovely Victorian home and has plenty of privacy. The apartment had all we needed including a washer and dryer. The bed was nice and cozy and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking in. The shower was a tad small, but something we could live with and everything was nice and clean. You are in walking distance to the Baseball Hall of Fame and the owners will help you with anything you need! They are lovely people and I would definitely stay at their property again.

Amazing stay in Cooperstown

What an amazing time we had in Cooperstown. The stay at the 76 Baseball apartment made the stay even better. Pete and MJ were so hospitable and were open to giving suggestions, leading us in the right direction, and inviting us for a cocktail with the locals after the induction parade. Their hospitality is second to none. The apartment had all the necessities for our week long stay. We made amazing meals in the fully equip kitchen, hung out and had cocktails on the amazing porch and had enough room in the front of the house to play a little catch and even long toss. There was ample parking and best of all, this was all within a short walk to downtown Cooperstown. I am so glad we decided to stay here. The centralized location made the amazing place even better. We did not have to deal with parking near the Hall of Fame since we could just walk there with ease. I think the walk to the farthest point of downtown was half a mile. Make sure to hit up Stagecoach Coffee - although the apartment does have a coffee maker available.
