We loved this house and had a great time. It has a fantastic yard that our dogs loved to run it. Paula is great to work with, very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again

I bought this house in 2021 bc I saw its potential. I fell back in love with Wilmette and settled in the area. As a single woman, this beautiful house outgrew me, so I rent it to families while I live in a townhome in Glenview. I have hosted in many of my home over 12 years.

Why they chose this property

Wilmette is the bomb. Lake Michigan, Gillson Park, thriving downtown. My home is right on Lake Ave just off I-94; it is super convenient and the neighborhood is lovely. The Mormon Church is great for easy guest parking and as a fetch it lot for your dog.

What makes this property unique

This home is unique bc it is essentially 2 complete homes - complete beautifully finished basement w 2 br, kitchen, bath, even a fp. (Home was formerly divided as such).
