While we hope you enjoy your stay at our beautiful home, we have some basic rules.

1. Guest must be a minimum of 21 years of age to book for liability reasons.

2. NO NOISE AFTER 10pm - Strict Quiet Time 10:00PM - 10:00AM
(This is not a party house, but rather a relaxing house. Noise policies strictly enforced by the host and the city of Rialto, CA)
No screaming, excessively loud talking, or loud music in the backyard past 10 PM.

3. NO PARTY OR EVENTS. Any unauthorized event or large gathering will result in IMMEDIATE REMOVAL from the property with NO REFUND.

4. NO SMOKING. NO DRUGS of any kind. We cater to families with kids so this is a NON SMOKING property. There will be a $500 fee charged to clean up the smell.

5. NO VISITORS. • Only a disclosed number of guests are allowed into the property. We don't allow additional guests that are not part of the reservation. We also do not allow visitors that are not pre-disclosed to us before their visit. Any undisclosed guest will be fine an extra fee per night and will loose the security deposit. Please let us know beforehand if there will be more joining you.

6. NO parking in front of neighbors. There is plenty of parking in front of the house.

7. NO Pets - DOGS or any PETS are not allowed. FURS are extremely difficult to remove from the furniture. If there are dog/pet furs are found in the house, there will be an additional $200 charged for deep cleaning.

We will be accessible 24/7 for our guests via the VRBO app, text, or call.

-SAFETY DEVICES:
For the safety of our guests, we have three external security cameras installed at the property that are on 24/7. One is by the front door, another one by the garage, and one by the side entrance. These cameras are sensor-controlled and will record once they detect motion.

- We do not assume any liability or responsibility for any injures occurring during your stay with us.

-Lastly, if you damage the property, you will be charged accordingly.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Remove all food and beverages from the fridge. Wash all dishes or start the dishwasher. Clean and Brush the BBQ grill if you used it.
Remove trash from the house and patio and throw it in the trash bins. Turn lights, and TVs OFF. Close all doors and windows.
Please make sure the front door is locked before you leave. Send us a message when you leave the property, please! Please ensure you take all of your belongings with you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

A nice neighborhood and comfortable home

The home was in a very pleasant neighborhood with plenty of parking. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook several meals, and overall the home was very clean. We were very comfortable for the week we stayed, and I appreciated the quick response from the host/manager when I had questions about the thermostat. I would rent this home again the next time we are in the area.

Nice place to stay.

Me and my family stayed for the weekend. The house was very beautiful inside. Some of the counters had scratches. The shower was plugged and the washer didn’t want to work while checking out. And the host gave us three towels for the 5 of us.We had a few issues while staying, but overall it’s a nice house to relax at. The neighborhood is really safe and quiet.

Awesome property - misleading number of beds

My groomsmen and I stayed here before my wedding - the listing said 11, but that was based on a count that assumed two adults would share a full bed. There were two full beds that they counted as sleeping four total - we ended up having to use a mattress from the garage that didn't have sheets in order to have beds for everyone. Other than that the property was fantastic - just don't bring more than 7 adults.

Communication with the PM was very good, the beds were comfortable, the place was clean, neighborhood nice, pool table very nice. There were games, which was nice. The house was clean, but just had a general sense of inattention to maintenance. I was told ahead of time there would be bedding for the extra beds - while there was duvets, there were no extra sheets or pillows. Big disappointment was the ping pong table was broken/dirty, didn't even have a net. Backyard wasn't clean or welcoming. I cooked 2 dinners and that was very unpleasant due to limited kitchen tools, tons of empty drawers, entire categories of kitchen basics missing such as serving utensils, main cooking utensils, dish towels, large pots/pans. This house would be great, if all of those things were addressed.
