Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located, cozy, modern home near the heart of downtown Ironwood, MI. Restaurants, shops, walking/biking trails, parks & ATV/snowmobile trails are all very close.
The house features 2 bedrooms (one queen, two fulls) each with a 43” Smart TV and a queen, very comfortable, air mattress for the living room if you wish.

This home features an open concept with a breakfast nook.
It features a private fenced in back yard with a large deck to relax on. Parking is available on the street, driveway, & garage. If you have large trailers that need to be stored for your stay, please let me know as our primary residence has a lot of space.

Snowvation

Spent the weekend making turns at Snow River. Cozy Home is just that. Very nice place to rest up and relax. Kimberly has set up Cozy Home very well. The bed are fantastic, the place was clean and as advertised. Kimberly has also thought of all the little things and has the place well provisioned, ice maker, all the supplies and needs you might have come up, even down to new tooth brush in case someone forgot (My son had). Thank you Kimberly for a great place to come and enjoy the Ironwood area.

Awesome stay!

This place is clean and comfortable, and has everything you need for a stay in the UP. Kim was awesome to work with and very responsive and accommodating. The house is nicely remodeled and furnished as well. Would stay again!

Great property, great stay

The home was just as described, and the host was wonderful. She was easy to communicate with, and the property was literally 1 block off the main Ironwood road, very easy to get wherever we wanted to be

Everything was super clean house was decorated well for the holiday season. Host was super responsive with any questions and was extremely accommodating. I will stay here again when I come back to Ironwood!

Lovely, welcoming home

We thoroughly enjoyed the cozy, warm home that welcomed us into my favorite little place on earth, Ironwood, MI. The owner worked hard to have this clean and cozy home ready for us to arrive after a long drive. We were tired and the fresh baked cookies we an added great! Thank you! The convenient location and attached garage made our visit so comfortable, especially when the snow arrived! I’d be happy to stay here again on our next trip.

Waterfalls

We stayed here to have a hub to check out some waterfalls. The place was great, zero complaints.

Very nice place!

Very nice place! Only thing missing was a mirror in the bedroom, but that’s just my preference for getting ready in the morning when someone else is using the bathroom.

Cozy and clean!

We had such a lovely stay here! The house was so cute, I loved the colors and decor. Everything was neat and clean and the host's binder had all the info we needed. I definitely recommend this stay!

Great comfy little home

No complaints here. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything you need. Shower was great, Kim had fall decorations to add to the ambiance of this sweet little home. The deck was our special place to hang out and have a glass of wine and a beer and just some good conversation. Kim had lights for the deck which made it special at night. Kim was action fast to answer some questions we had. I highly recommend this home for your stay. We will be back for out next stay in Ironwood. Thanks, Kim

Delightful place

A great place to stay when in town! Both cozy and spacious. Close to everything I needed and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. I will definitely stay here again when in town!

Kim’s home is adorable. She provided her TV subscription services as well. She is a very considerate host and responds to emails quickly. My husband and I were celebrating our 34th wedding anniversary and Kim allowed us to do that in comfort after long days of hiking and waterfalling.

Stayed one night to break up a long road trip. House was very clean, beds were comfortable. Host was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable stay

Cute home with everything you need to make your stay very comfortable. Comfortable bed, attached garage. I was traveling for business and this was a perfect place to stay vs staying in a hotel for several days. Prop mgr very responsive, even had 2 deer come in across the street

Welcoming clean home

What an adorable place. Very clean and well kept. Great furnished kitchen. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. Comfortable beds, pillows and linens. Thank you again for being so accommodating. If traveling through the area this would be our top choice! We will share your listing with friends and family traveling to or through Ironwood.

Very nice little house!

This house was exactly what we needed! Very small, but it was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We didn’t use it, but there was even a garage space available and a small patio area. I would definitely recommend this house and would stay again if the opportunity were to arise.

Short dtay

Our stay was amazing. It started out with an unmade bed which lead to the realization that I made the reservation for the wrong night and we had gone into the house a day early. Kim was quite gracious and let us stay. The house was very clean. The neighborhood was very quiet. And Kim was so easy to communicate with. We will definitely stay at her place again.

Amazing stay!

Such a cute little house to stay in! Very cozy and welcoming vibe right when you walk in! I expected more traffic being in town, but it’s in a very nice location where you can actually get some peace and quiet. Definitely will be back again!
