Fabulous stay

The property was private and spacious for our group to stay. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen of utensils and tools. Loved the privacy and views from the deck.

Great stay and great location

The house was perfect for our family trip! It was quiet, spacious and had everything we needed. We even had a visit in the yard from the local deer family each day. Great, prompt communication with the host.

Lovely location and spacious home. Beautiful views and great amenities (grill, kitchen, and more). Tucked into 17 mile drive (get to see the views without the toll!!)

Pebble Beach 3 Day Getaway

Pebble Beach is one of most beautiful locations in the world. Our vacation home had view of world famous Pebble Beach Gold Course and the Pacific Ocean. Our house was quiet and spacious, the property around home is ver large and beautiful. We had lunch down the street at Hay Restaurant, nachos are outstanding! We visited Monterey Aquarium, it was delightful! We spent 1/2 day at Carmel Beach , less than 5 minutes from the property. So many good places to eat close by . We visited Cannery Row, had lunch at Bubba Gumps , kids loved it ! Definitely will return.

Great Location and Very Clean

Super easy to get in and out of the neighborhood and into adjoining Carmel and other areas, extremely clean upon arrival and check in was a breeze. House is a bit dated, and the heater was finicky. Also one of the floorboard dividers between the main hall and the living room was broken and could be tripped on as well as a crack in the glass of the end table in the master bedroom. Other than that the place was pristine!

Great property on the 17 mile drive

We really enjoyed our stay. Nice big driveway and plenty of space. We were nervous because the beds were firm but in fact they were quite comfortable as they were a tempur pedic style. The host was very responsive and the check in and check out was smooth and easy. Beautiful property with a nice view from the back and we even saw a rare bobcat!

Spacious house, very private, close to downtown Carmel

We had a family reunion here, eight of us ranging in ages from 1 to 70. Could park two cars in the garage & the little ones loved the deer walking around the yard. The king beds are quite hard so it took a few nights to get used to those. But we would stay here again.

Girls Trip

Great location House could use updating. And loud generator from construction site next door going 24th a day. Overall perfect fit our needs. Fantastic kitchen. No bath tub in entire house / if that matters to anyone. Property manager was amazing!

Yearly family vacation

Every year we try to take our children, their spouses and children as well as our parents somewhere to spend the week as a group. This year Monterey with the aquarium and the Roaring Camp railroad were our group destinations. The house was beautiful! We could fit all comfortably and the huge kitchen made for easy eat in meals. (Too hard to get tables eating out for 10+) bbq worked great! The view was amazing overlooking pebble beach and the ocean! Plenty of room for lounging inside or outside. Loved the privacy with the fence and gate. 17 mile drive was the perfect location for shopping too. Only a few min drive to Carmel and or the wharf. Would highly recommend!

Wheelchair space!!!

Each year we try to take a family vacation but two of my grandchildren are in wheelchairs, so, sometimes accommodations are difficult. This home is phenomenal for wheelchairs. We all loved it, all the rooms are large and comfortable, but watching the kids be able to actually have fun in their wheelchairs with their cousins was great!!! Besides wheelchair space the house is clean, nicely decorated and in a very nice neighborhood. We loved it!!! One note: while there is plenty of wheelchair space and ramps for easy entry, there are no bars in the bathrooms or showers.

The host was not problem - condition house was the problem. Everything did NOT work; it's long of broken or didn't work properly; A/C/heat did not work, electrical circuits only half of them worked, and the list goes on.
