  • Incredible View!

"The property is just fantastic - nestled on a hilltop with incredible views of the valley and ocean. Wonderful porch to enjoy the sunset. The house is lovely - bright and clean with a large open common area to hang out, cook, and enjoy the views. Maya is fantastic - very accessible, provided clear directions to the property as well as a list of pantry items we were welcome to use. Highly recommended."

  • Magical Cabin in the Woods

"We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days in this wonderful main cabin nestled in the Redwood forest. The pictures in the website do not include the magical feeling that you get when you first encounter this cabin. The cabin is surrounded by giant redwood trees and the property even had it's own running stream. The beds were very comfortable and the heat from the wood burning fire stove made the cabin very cozy. Our first night in the cabin we met Abraham, Lisa's Husband. Abraham was really friendly guy and showed us how to use the wood burning fire place. The Kitchen area had all of the utensils, pots, and condiments that you will need to prepare your meals. The beds are really comfortable. Over All, if you are looking for a cozy cabin to just relax and be away from it all then this is the place for you. The cabin's location was ideal if you want to spend a day hiking in Big Sur. It's a few miles away from Point Lobos and we even made it out to Monterrey Aquarium."

  • Adorable home in a wonderful neighborhood

"We had a wonderful stay at this home in Carmel. The location was perfect for quiet evenings at home and close to the shops and beach for daytime activities. The beach near this home is beautiful and easy to access by car. You could walk to the beach and to town but we preferred to drive, allowing us to bring our beach items with us. The parking was plentiful each time we went. We loved to walk the neighborhood in the mornings and evenings. The area is simply adorable and the homes are so cute. The house itself was very comfortable for our family of 4 adults. We had some additional people over for dinner one night and we all fit easily. The kitchen had great pots/pans and plenty of dishes for our needs. The home supplies many light spices/salt/pepper and paper products which was a nice added bonus. We found the beds and furniture to be comfortable and we loved sitting in the dining/sun room for breakfast. We loved the old (probably original) windows and we felt like they added so much charm to the house. We played football in the street, paddle ball in the yard and board games inside. A great family weekend!! Overall we had a great time and we would certainly stay here again."

  • A dream beach cottage

"We loved staying at Ocean's Breath over Christmas, while we celebrated with our family who live up the hill. A very charming Carmel cottage with all the amenities and supplies for cooking and eating, very well stocked. We loved having a fire and lounging in the living room, walking the 2 minute walk to the beach, and the beds were super comfortable. The furnishings and decor were very tasteful, and it really felt like a welcoming home. We've recommended the cottage to friends heading out there in a few weeks. The owners were readily available for any questions we had. Thanks M & A, for a lovely and relaxing abode near our favorite beach in CA."
